The Commission has decided on the following emergency aid grants
  under Article 203 of the Third Lome Convention :
  NIGERIA : 650 000 ECU
  The country is currently suffering from an epidemic of yellow
  fever, which has already killed 300 people.  The aid will go
  towards a vaccination programme costing 1 067 000 ECU, to be
  carried out by the Dutch section of "Medecins sans Frontieres".
  FIJI : 300 000 ECU
  The aid will be used to purchase local food products and
  distribute them to the victims of cyclone RAJA, which swept the
  archipelago from 24 to 30 December last year.
