2001 | Novar plc acquires the companies Albert Ackermann GmbH and ESSER Security Systems and now provides integrated safety and communication solutions |
2005 | Honeywell takes over Novar plc including the Ackermann and ESSER brands |
2009 | Clino Life Care (CLC), a common platform for all types of care applications – Ackermann thus expands from providing traditional nurse call systems to providing Intelligent Life Care solutions using standard protocols such as TCP/IP |
2009 | Honeywell takes over SAS Cythos Technologies, thus adding multimedia applications to the Life Care portfolio |
