By tweeting or emailing your photos and descriptions to sharecalday@berkeley.edu you grant permission to the University of California, Berkeley, to display them on the Cal Day website, on our Flickr photostream, and/or in other media associated with Cal Day, now and in the future, without compensation to you.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any photos or descriptions as we deem necessary.

After Cal Day, the photos may remain accessible to the public on our websites and social media pages.

We may contact you at the email address from which your photo was sent if we have questions. However, we will not add you to mailing lists without your permission, and will not sell, rent or share your email address with others.
