Royal Ranches Marrakech (RRM), a leading project of Gulf Finance House (GFH), has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with consortium of banks led by Banque Marocaine de Commerce Exteriur (BMCE), to obtain second tranche of an existing facility to restart works on the development.

With this MoU, the banking consortium will offer the remainder of the facility s amount. The infrastructure works on Royal Ranches Marrakech started earlier, with 45% of the infrastructure work already finished. Royal Ranches Marrakech project will further catalyze the growing tourism market in the country after it is finished. The development is spread across a total area of about 380 hectares …
