REACH Resources and Tools
Learn more about your REACH obligations
The European Chemical Agency's Navigator tool is designed to help manufacturers, importers, downstream users, distributors of chemical substances, and producers or importers of articles to figure out their obligations under REACH. Navigator will provide a list of obligations for a given substance, based on the answers given to a series of questions surrounding:
- whether you manufacture or import the substance;
- tonnages;
- uses;
- whether the substance is classified as dangerous, etc.
Click here to go to the ECHA's Navigator tool.
The explanations for all the questions which Navigator can ask are also available in a single document, Guidance for the Navigator. In some cases it might be difficult to answer a question. If the guidance is insufficient, please contact us here at IOM.
