SK Gaming has officially announced the release of their StarCraft II division, and a new line-up to be signed by July 15th 2011.

With the huge Starcraft 2 impact on the eSport scene, SK Gaming picked up a few, rather unknown players, to represent their colors at the events. The team was composed of
Jimmy “jimpo” Wölfinger,
Johannes Sabroe “Joe” Witt and
Hun “inuh” Park. Since the players did not show some good results, SK has decided to release all three players from their contracts. However, SK’s CEO
Alexander Müller has stated that they have another players/team to be signed by July 15th 2011. In his statement he adds that some of the players will be out of the Europe.
SK Gaming, managing director Alexander Muller explained the new situation:
"It is our own standard to claim international titles. Therefore, we are thrilled to let the community know that the end of the European division is just the beginning of a new era for us. Within the next 14 days, we will present new talent in our SC2 department and I am quite sure the community will quite like it. We have a tradition of working with players outside of the Europe in RTS titles, as you know."
Who will join new SK roster. Maybe some Korean power such as
FruitDealer or
TricksteR? Stay with the myMYM.com and find out!
