will use at any price. Nevertheless, times are hard so if you have a budget for a project we will try to work with it - contact us! With many years experience we've evolved a great
combination of equipment, room acoustics, accurate monitoring and
professionalism. We won't just take your money and record...we
will fan your creative spark into a raging inferno and make sure your
music gets the best possible chance in an increasingly difficult world.
•Ipso Facto have just recorded their brilliant debut single for Mute.
•Poppy & the Jezebels have recently completed six track mini LP.
•Una Corda have just finished their debut LP and it's brilliant! Check out the taster on our sounds page.
•Jamsons Nook - there's a name to conjure with! They are an incredibly different and
hard to record band being a fusion of world, jazz and pop. After 3
weeks mixing, their debut LP is now complete, (also on sounds page).
•The
Elements with Acid Jazz; John produced their new LP.
•Ocean
Colour Scene's On The Ley Line LP recorded, mixed and mastered here
with John producing. Also recently mixed 'Live at Birmingham Townhall'.
•Genius German Goth artist Sopor Aeternus also recorded, mixed & mastered here by John.
•We are mixing more projects recorded at home or budget studio from around the world.
Recent examples being; LPs by German artist John Abdelsayed,
Austrian band Whispers in the Shadow and American band The Choke. All
are totally delighted with the end product.

AUDIENT ASP8024 ANALOGUE DESK AND PROTOOLS WORK IN HARMONY TO PRODUCE A
WARM AND GORGEOUS SOUND. Vintage transformers available for that real analogue crunch. We now also have 3 individual stereo headphones mixes to to cater for individual foldback needs.
● DRUMMERS LOVE THE SOUND OF OUR DRUM ROOM. (AND JOHN IS A KILLER DRUM
TECH') For those of you with a less than perfect kit or just want a
change, we have a brand new Ludwig Copper plus our vintage Haymen
snares now available for a small fee to cover heads.
●15 years experience with
Protools being the first studio in Europe to use it for multitracking.
We invest a big percentage of income into new equipment so at the price
you will not find a better equipped studio. We can work well with any
music genre having the skills, mike selection, software and of course love of music to cope with anything.
● Woodbine is one of the UK’s longest established independent studios.
Situated in Leamington Spa, the location is ideal for recording and
relaxation, but still an easy journey from London and the North.
● Recording to Protools HD3 Accel with full 24 inputs and outputs, we’re particularly good at recording live bands.
● We’ve worked with a wide variety of artists; legendary pedal steel
guitarist B.J.Cole, Small
Face - Ian McLagan, Rolling Stone - Mick Taylor.
Also Doctor Robert and Paul Weller and even a 36
voice kids choir! LPs with european bands L’Ame Immortelle, Persephone
and Sopor Aeturnus. Mixed and mastered The Buzzcocks LPs; 'Modern' and
'Flat Pack Philosopy'.
● Cosy on-site accommodation available at extra cost with; Kitchen/breakfast room/shower, TV
rest area with one double and two single beds. Second bedroom with one
double/one single bed. (Min' stay 1
week, max 5 people).
