In this scene, Hallie is trying to keep the camp counselor from going into Annie's cabin. At the same time, Annie is looking through the door, inviting the counselor inside. Lindsay began by playing Annie from inside the cabin.

Next, Lindsay changed into her Hallie costume and stood blocking the cabin door. They shot the same scene again. But this time there was one big difference: Lindsay stood in front of a blue screen!

3.
Here's where the film editors performed their magic. They put the two versions of the scene together! Using special-effects techniques, they replaced the blue BEHIND Hallie with the first version of the scene, which included Annie looking out the screen door.
