Altman is one of the most powerful execs in the booming artificial-intelligence sector as the head of OpenAI — currently valued at $157 billion, with investors that include Microsoft and Nvidia. Co-founded by Altman in 2015, the company is responsible for the revolutionary AI chatbot ChatGPT and the recently launched Sora gen-AI video system.
