The outspoken radio host, TV personality, author and comedian (born Lenard McKelvey) is an influential voice in media. He hosts daily talk show “The Breakfast Club,” which iHeartMedia syndicates to nearly 100 radio stations nationwide, and co-hosts podcast “The Brilliant Idiots” with comedian Andrew Schulz. Charlamagne’s production company, CThaGod World, is focused on elevating emerging talent, and he collaborated with iHeart to create the Black Effect Podcast Network, home to multiple chart-topping podcasts. He’s also the bestselling author of “Black Privilege” and “Shook One,” which led him to become a leading voice in the discussion of mental health. The success of his books led to the launch of publishing imprint with Simon & Schuster. In addition, Charlamagne has hosted several network TV programs, including Comedy Central’s “Hell of a Week” executive produced by Stephen Colbert. He was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 2020.
