Please upload a signed letter from the Applicant on letterhead authorizing you to create the account. This letter also must list any other Users the Applicant wishes to authorize, distinguishing between Certifying Users and other Users. The applicant must authorize at least one Certifying User, which may include the User opening the account. A User is an agent authorized by an Applicant to view account information and draft and complete Product Forms and Variant Forms. A Certifying User is a User that is also authorized to submit Unflavored Tobacco Applications and otherwise make binding certifications on behalf of the Applicant. All Users must be identified by an e-mail address and full name.
