Had to change password every time! Cancelled
I cancelled my subscription as every time I tried to log in it was asking me to change my password so got fed up with it.

I'm sorry to hear that you have had difficulty with accessing our online MyAccount service.
Our MyAccount service is an optional service allowing players to view their prizes and tickets entered into our draws, review their personal details and the chance to play exclusive games for the chance to win fantastic prizes.
As this is an optional service players will need to create their MyAccount which is a separate process from joining People's Postcode Lottery. You can visit our website to create an account here - https://login.myaccount.postcodelottery.co.uk/
Once you have opened the link please click on 'Set it up now' which is located above the box to enter your email address. This will open a new window where you can enter your email address and create a password.
When signing up, please ensure you are using the email address you have registered with People's Postcode Lottery to play. Once you've done this, you'll receive an email which contains a link which will allow you to log into your My Account.
