Andrew Martin Wimbledon - SUPERB!!!

Thank you, Robert, John and Graham. I brought a combination of outlet stock with brand new chairs. I had been to the Andrew Martin on TCR the day before, but I decided to buy the chairs full price from outlet as the guys blew me away with their brand knowledge and patience. I spent a few hours in this store, in between meetings. A unique shopping experience for me! They could not do enough for me, giving me access to wifi, buying me a Starbucks whilst helping me measure up and decide on furniture. A breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. Every person that walked through the door that day left at the very least with a smile, to include and eldery lady with mobility issues that staff were incredible towards. Great knowledge, empathy and compassion. Showroom standards for outlet prices. Robert runs a tight but happoy ship which reflects in ace customer outcomes! Thank you!

GENUINE REVIEW: SUPERB! THANK YOU, DAALS

I am thrilled with my seaweed Daphanis Sofa bed, the colour, quality and experience have been exceptional. I was looking for a Khaki coloured sofa bed for a while, this looks opulent and expensive. Its a little hard, but still very comfortable. We have painted the legs black and it looks the cats whiskers. I was apprehensive about ordering from Daals, having read some of the reviews on Trust Pilot, however, they have come up trumps! I live in Central London in a lower ground flat so had several concerns to include missed delivery and help to get the sofa into the flat. Additionally, on the week of delivery, I had an unexpected family issue which required a work around. I spoke to the customer services team about my delivery availability due to my circumstances, they were fully understanding and kept me appraised daily, I paid for the express delivery service. The customer service team delivered amazing customer services leading up to delivery day. Communication was excellent throughout. On the day of delivery both Adnan and Baddie managed to get the sofa into the lower ground flat and into the room that it would be housed. This was not an easy undertaking due to the specifics of the building but they remained calm and persistent, even moving things back to where they belong when leaving. The team are a credit to Daals and even though, on occasion they may not get it right for everyone, they try their best! Central London, is not an easy place to park and deliver to, however, this team took the stress out of everything. This is a genuine review, please don't let the negative reviews put you off ordering from Daals, they have great products and a fitting team!

Drivers not obtaining proof of delivery - LOST PARCEL

Parcel marked as delivered to the customer, no parcel received. When Yodel was contacted they asked me ask neighbours or search the apartment block. I asked for specific proof of delivery like a signature. They asked me to contact the seller and would help no further. Appalling service! Beware!!!!
