I purchased a beautiful sofa from the outlet store. I was helped by a very professional person called Devon. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He went out of his way to arrange scotch guard and delivery in super quick time so I had the sofa within a few days. He communicated proactively throughout and made it all so easy for me. A great asset to the brand delivering exceptional customer service as one would expect from a premium brand like Andrew Martin.

I was helped by Addy in New the New Malden branch. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed. I was considering buying another mattress and he recommended before I did I tried several others and he explained the pros and cons of each of them. This helped me choose the one I purchased which I hope will live up to the quality promised. He explained the 40 night guarantee in the event it isn’t right for me I can exchange for a different mattress.

A nice bag, a little expensive for the quality but overall a nice gift. Nicely packaged a little slow on delivery

The plants were okay I hope. They arrived quite dehydrated and bedraggled looking. The clematis had lots of brown leaves. Wasn’t overly impressed vs buying from a garden centre where you can pick your plant. Not sure I would use again if honest. Also been bombarded with emails since placing order.

Delivery and build of 4x6 shed all to plan. Driver and installers polite and professional.. build of shed to high standard and very quick. Only reason for 4 stars is the cost of building the shed extremely high versus local handyman. I needed it built quickly and have no issues at all with the quality of work but the cost of the build which took no more than 40 mins was more than I paid for the shed. If the build costs were lower I would rate 5 stars.
