There’s a couple of DPD guys who are so friendly and polite with their deliveries. It’s always a pleasure and I’m always pleased when the sender sends via DPD

Alex, read my note about being on school run and he saw me walking back from school so went and did all the other deliveries first. Always friendly and polite and wishes me a good day and so do all the other drivers. Always easy to receive packages from DPD with great communication with text messages and emails.

Ordered a console table which was the exact table I had been looking at elsewhere but for a fraction of the price. Customer service was fantastic with prompt answers. A trustworthy company and furniture was lovely.

Returned an item and refund processed quickly. Company is easy to contact and they also follow up by email and call me back! Fantastic service to be honest and would use this company again.

We ordered the Katie table. It’s beautiful and so heavy and of good quality. I wasn’t sure whether to keep this item as it was very big and wasn’t sure that it suited our room at first but after the first night we knew we knew we loved it in the room. Whilst I was thinking about the table I contacted Andrew Martin about a return and they were happy to arrange this asap. The communication throughout has been excellent with this company. Delivery was as arranged too with no problems.

Easy process. Had text and email updates and delivery guy very friendly and arrived on time.

This is my first time shopping at oh polly. My experience is very positive. I have bought 3 dresses in total and love every single one. I have struggled to find anything nice recently and I love the quality of the clothes and the fit is amazing. If you want to show off some body shape then this is the place. I am probably an older client then oh pollys normal customers but I have loved the maxi and midi dresses. I also have my eye on one or two short ones once they replenish their sizes. Really impressed and this is where I will come to for my future going out outfits. Thank you. By the way I haven’t had to return anything so far so I hope that this is a positive experience should I need to in the future. Delivery was super quick too.

My Moncler coat is lovely so that’s great however very unimpressed that you can not speak to anyone at flannels. You can only speak to customer services by messaging on website and its not as easy as just speaking to someone. The other things that I am dissatisfied by is that there is no warranty of products with flannels. With my Theresa you get a 2 year warranty with them and they will sort the issue out for you but with flannels I have been told you need to go the brand (impossible to get hold of Moncler). I would have preferred to order elsewhere but only flannels did this coat. The final matter I didn’t like is having to pay a shipping fee when buying a coat which is over £1500! Even if you order to the store you still need to pay a £6.99 fee.
