As a kitchen designer I will never specify a rangemaster product again. Months of back and forth regarding a faulty sink. Sent numerous cleaning instructions to then be told it was customers fault and rangemaster won’t do anything. (Can categorically state customer not misused sink or even used it much before markings) very disappointing experience and very poorly made product. A year later and the issue is still not resolved (2025), rangemaster do not have any staff that can inspect issue in person. Fobbed off with cleaning instructions. Will not replace. Customer service shocking. DO NOT USE THESE SINKS.

I used global vans two years ago to get me a vehicle. Shaun was originally very helpful and made the process so easy. I called up today just to ask a couple of questions and once again Shaun followed it up and made sure it was clear. The fact one company assigns one person to your account to make sure it’s familiar and not passed around is rare. I couldn’t recommend them any more

This is the second time I have attempted to order from luxdeco. And exactly the same issue. They give a delivery date which is completely untrue. Take ages to respond then tell you the order will be at least another month. I strongly advise against using them.
Update after speaking today to chase they have told me they aren’t processing any orders as there’s a backlog in their warehouse. THEY WILL NOT HAVE ANY NEW ORDERS IN UNTIL NOVEMBER. They do not tell you this upon order.

As always such fantastic service from here! Ordered and delivered super quickly. Honestly cannot fault their services and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Shaun was fantastic managed to get me exactly what I wanted in the space of 24 hours. I had been looking for ages and was given months and months waiting lists and Shaun managed to get it done and (hopefully) delivered within 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend and be using him for all our commercial needs going forward
