It was dispatched by Royal Mail or Yodel which was good as it is usually Evri who are rubbish in every way./##

The box items were very uninspiring -nothing interesting in there. Have had Grace & Stella many times in the past & I won't get the box again if it is there. The hair products were disappointing - too small.
Make-ups &perfumes are always good! Cleansers areboring!!

I love the Delilah stuff

I love the Delilah stuff - what a Beauty Box should be, a mixture of stuff - make-up & creams, & NO cleanser (water is the best, it's a waste of money)
Could have done with a bonus perfume in it - always good to receive perfume esp testers of expensive or unusual ones...

I bought the insurance through Compare…

I bought the insurance through Compare the Market - I chose Privilege because it was the cheapest that included windscreen cover.
tThe whole process was easy & fast
I must say I hadn't thought much about the ap you need to sign up to continue getting this insurance & didn't really understand what I was meant to do. I got a message today saying I need to phone them or my insurance will run out in 2 weeks!
I will do that tomorrow & maybe will be talked through it!
If that works out well thgen I give this company full marks.

All just perfect - phoned up about my free gift which I was sure I put on the order phone. The man I spoke to has sent me one as a goodwill gesture - I massively appreciated that!
Also, it was coming by Hermes - H
ermes l'lost' it - another was sent bt Parcelforce next day service & it has just arrived
