Ordering is always easy, Then contacted with lots of pictures to choose what petrified wood side table I wanted; extra photos were even sent after I requested more detailed ones. Delivery guys were great. I will buy from Andrew Martin again.

Not quite sure how they received so many good reviews on Trustpilot, but the service received from this company was appalling. After not receiving the updated title from
land registry, we emailed NBM and got a
response saying they’d closed down. Not surprising really, but there’s nothing on the website to reflect this and SRA doesn’t seem to have barred them yet. Very very disappointed with Trustpilot and would think about using their reviews for future decisions.

Apparently the time starts when they ring the doorbell, so nothing is done promptly. In my opinion, the plumber didn't really know what he was talking about and did not find the leak. Even suggested that it was condensation from my kettle or tumble dryer rather than the 80 year old lead pipes that he'd exposed by cutting a hole in my wall. His 'specialist' equipment was a camera which was useless (his words), a damp monitor and his mobile phone torch. I had to provide a step ladder. He took 5 hours (one of which was him tidying around which was dragged out) and he said if I wanted a report, then it would be another hour. This was despite me telling him I was not prepared to pay beyond 4 hours as I knew it was a wasted of time. I was not happy, so refused to pay on the spot and told them to invoice me. They agreed and then took the money without my permission from my bank account anyway due to an 'IT problem'. They said they would refund a portion and they haven't (job was on 26 September). Appalling company. Cost me £650 for 5 hours.

Update 24/11. Despite me providing my job details (within 3 days or my review will be removed) and being promised a response within 2-3 days, still nothing from them.

Delivery driver always so helpful and cheery. This has been a fantastic turnaround - I dreaded an Evri delivery before and sometimes didn't order stuff if I knew they were involved. Now it's lovely to see him and I know that he'll do his best whatever the situation. Just shows what the difference a person and their attitude can make.

Dealing with Soul Shutters was excellent from start to finish. Rian was very attentive and knowledgeable and managed the whole process (I had wooden shutters with bespoke paint). Unfortunately my shutters were caught up in the COVID situ but Rian kept me informed and even reserved various install dates should they come in earlier/later than expected. Would definitely recommend and I’m now having my top floor fitted with the same blinds. Thanks Rian!

Booked a UK getaway for my husband and our 2 small dogs. Clare was amazing; couldn't have done more to help us. By booking with PetsPyjamas we didn't have to pay £100 for the dogs which was great! Will definitely use again (and have also used previously!!).

Excellent service and would def use again. Was kept informed at every stage and the driver was very helpful. Used a similar service in the US but this was much better!
