I was waiting for a long time to get a set of bedlinen from secret linen and I wasn't disappointed.
My set was exactly as I thought it would be: perfect colour( mustard), really well made, very soft and I love the fabric. I feel so sophisticated when I get to finally go to my bed after a long day at work and I do feel that I deserve it.
I hope to be able, soon enough, to afford to buy another set.

So many beautiful tiles to choose from. After ordering few samples we opted for the kaleidoscope porcelain skipper. Absolutely stunning tile. Few of them broke during transportation but I spoke to the sales manager that promptly sent me another order replacing the broken ones.Great service and quick delivery. I would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered few samples for my new bathroom, they arrived really quickly and a member of their team called to inform that they didn't have a precise colour that I ordered but would have sent another design with the same colour so i could check the colour out. Service was great, in fact I was really surprised in a positive way.

Plants were really well packed and arrived in great condition. I'm very pleased with the sizes I chose. Bought 3 plants and hopefully I'll look after them well to keep them as beautiful and healthy as when they arrived. Also prices was very competitive.

Delivery took a bit longer because it was Christmas period but it went well. My package was left under the stairs and I'm very happy with my coffee table. It was easy to assemble and instructions were spot on. I'm a happy client!

Bought a firm mattress. No regret at all. It is really good for my back and most importantly, if I get up and lay down again it won't wake my partner as it doesn't have that "bouncing " effect. Really happy with my purchase

I received few messages informing me about when the delivery was arriving, also received a phone call from the driver when he was few minutes away from my place. It helped a lot.

Ordering online was somewhat simple( there were loads of choices though), order arrived quickly and people that delivered it were super helpful and friendly. I have definitely chose the right mattress ( Hypnos- firm). I'm super happy with my choice, so far no complaints at all.

I ordered my item, which was delivered on time and everything but I needed my order to be delivered on a specific time slot( or at least within 4 hours frame) as I'm not living in the place order was supposed to be delivered but wayfair doesn't have this option. Maybe you guys could improve the service a bit and facilitate for the customers but other than that everything went well.

This is the second pillow I bought from secret linen. I bought one for me and my partner was suffering from neck pain ( using his old pillow) so I decided to buy him one as well as I liked mine a lot. He's much happier with this one and hasn't felt neck pain since.
If im not mistaken our were the goose feather one( firm), it's so good to the touch, the smell of it as well( very subtle buy I can still feel a delicate fragrance) without mentioning that I sleep through the night without any problem. It takes few weeks for the order to arrive but they put so much love and great care into it that I didn't mind having to wait for it. Great product.

Had to answer only few questions and it was done in less than 2 weeks.

I received an email saying they didn't have the Oysters I ordered and they're going to send another brand and if I was ok with it( on the same day they dispatched the order). I replied saying that I could have waited until they had the ones I ordered in first place but got no response. I would've appreciated a response so then I'd believe that my opinion/decision really mattered. Felt a bit disappointed.

I always buy from Lenstore. Lenses are of good quality and usually delivered very quickly, you can also book an eye test for free.
Last time it took a bit longer but it wasn't their fault but royal mail.
