We'd lost a knife from our cutlery set and found a replacement on the Harts of Stur website. It was delivered extremely safely and quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I paid £289 for a policy that I thought would protect my vehicle for three years. The policy has a limit of £500 per claim up to a maximum of £3000. I had cause to claim for a stone chip on my bonnet and what was supposed to be a SMART repair was carried out. This comprised three blobs of paint/laquer and frankly the repair looked worse that the damage. I have used Chipsaway for SMART repairs in the past and when I showed them the work they were openly critical of the poor workmanship and said that a proper SMART repair should cover the entire leading edge of the bonnet. Their quoted cost of £300 + VAT would have produced a seamless, invisible repair fully aligned with accepted SMART repair standards. This would fall comfortably within the Policy's stated claim limit. I complained to Premia but they said the policy only required them to fill and seal the damage to prevent rust. I'm sorry but that's not a SMART repair in my book. It's a BODGE repair. If you're thinking of taking out a policy with Premia I would say don't.

I was expecting it to be a neater job. Not sure I couldn't have done what the technician did to be honest. When I've had chips repaired by others it has always been invisible rather that just a couple of dabs of paint. Couldn't recommend them I'm afraid.

Just back from another fabulous villa stay in Puerto Calero, Lanzarote. Booking with Villa Plus was so easy and straightforward. The price we paid was excellent value and the villa was of an exceptionally high standard. It was extremely well equipped with everything provided for a relaxing stay including a washing machine, iron and ironing board so we returned with a suitcase full of clean and pressed clothes! Having our own lovely, heated pool was great. We have already booked our next stay with Villa Plus and can’t recommend them highly enough.

We needed two replacement garden dining chairs to replace some that had worn out. They were no longer available from the original manufacturer but these were a very good match. Very pleased with the quality at such a great price and with super fast delivery. Ordered on Friday and delivered a day early on Monday.

Excellent service from RCT Manufacturing Ltd. We wanted to update our 30 year old brass fireplace set with a modern brushed steel design but although we’d searched for weeks for a replacement and although the frets were readily available everyone seemed only to supply the frame in a standard size which wouldn’t have fit.

I was resigned to having to paint ours until I came across RCT. They manufacture frames and hearth plates to your own measurements. Their website explains the various options available and provides easy to follow instructions so you can’t go wrong.

Even though they are working limited hours due to the Coronavirus our order was delivered within 7 days with regular updates throughout. Now it is in place it looks fabulous. I really can’t recommend RCT highly enough.
