I have placed an order on the 28th November 2023, we are now on the 20th December 2023 and I have not received my order, I have sent several emails and not had one reply to advise me of my order, will not be ordering again

Review of Caledonian Travel
We went to Blackpool and there were a few drop offs, when we got off the representative for Caledonian did not use a microphone and we were at the back of the bus so did not hear where the bus was picking us up. We waited round the corner but saw a bus go past but not sure if he stopped hence we missed the bus, rang Caledonian up and we were advised the bus was at the next hotel and the driver was unable to come back for us so we had to pay £20 for a taxi to get us there and when we did the driver was very rude, made us feel like small children for being late which we were not.

Review of Dialdirect
I can’t believe this company I got a quote and paid a months premium on a policy that does not start until the 28th February, my own insurance company gave me a cheaper quote so I cancelled policy with dial direct to be told I need to pay another £19 if I want to cancel, I was under the impression you had 14 days in which you can cancel, but why should I lose money as I’ve not actually been insured by this company.
