I have bought a number of items from Andrew Martin - all have been of excellent quality and design. My latest purchase of outdoor cushions has truly elevated the look of my Pergola seating.
Always fast and efficient delivery too!

Beautiful Cushions

I ordered three cushions and was not at all disappointed! They are beautifully made and delivered very quickly. It is definitely worth spending a little extra on accent pieces that elevate your room.

Zizzi in Chatham Dockside is a must…

Zizzi in Chatham Dockside is a must visit! I absolutely love Italian food, but the high gluten content causes problems for me. Zizzi’s menu allows me to enjoy all of my favourite dishes gluten free! The food and service here are outstanding. We have eaten there twice since they opened at the end of May and will be regular visitors.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Professional advice to ensure that we purchased the right Pergola. A willingness to adapt installation for a roof terrace (with the additional work that entailed) and Steve and Rowan did the most amazing job installing our Rota today! We are absolutely thrilled and I can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you!

Really love our new coffee table

Really love our new coffee table. It was delivered within the short time window and with an additional call when the driver was 20 minutes away. A little challenging in the final step of assembly but came together with a little perseverance. It looks great.

I recently had cause to contact Eden Windows with regard to a problem with my Orangery. My enquiry was responded to within a couple of hours and an appointment booked for the following week to address the issue. I can honestly say that their after care is second to none.

Do not buy from this Company We purchased a memory foam mattress in…

We purchased a memory foam mattress in February last year. We transported it to our new holiday home in its original packaging the following month. We placed it on a brand new bed base and allowed it to settle for 36 hours at which point we put on a mattress protector and base sheet. The bed never felt terribly comfortable, unlike our identical one at home but over the next months it seemed to worsen. My back and whiplash problems have been exacerbated and we noticed dips and holes in the mattress - even through the cover, protector and sheet.

At Christmas I moved to the guest room because of the discomfort and after New Year we complained to Argos.

An inspection was booked for the following week and when the cover was removed by the assessor, I was horrified to see huge splits and holes in the foam. We were assured that Argos would be in touch very quickly to resolve.

Having heard nothing for a week , my husband called their customer care this morning. They claimed to know nothing of our issue. They also claimed to know nothing of the complaint escalation telephone number that they had previously given us. After wasted time my husband called the escalation team himself. They also claimed to know nothing. He was insistent and so left on hold for ten minutes. They returned to say that we moved the mattress and caused all of the damage ourselves and that they would be doing nothing.

Quite honestly I am outraged! I will never purchase from this store again. I have never experienced worse product quality or Customer care!

We have moved into a brand new…

We have moved into a brand new apartment in a building wired for fast fibre broadband. Virgin have our address wrong on their list of available for connection. I have been trying to get them to sort this administrative error for over a month! We are still without connection. As all of my neighbours are having Virgin installed we are unable to get any service! Quite honestly if we had any choice at all I would not even consider them now. No one else has the download speed so we have to just keep phoning every day, wasting our time and getting nowhere. Honestly I am appalled at their total lack of customer care!
