He took a genuine interest in understanding my specific requirements, asking thoughtful questions about what I was looking for—such as a fabric chair—and offering insightful suggestions. Throughout the consultation, Keno’s helpfulness was evident; he was clear, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring I found exactly what suited my style and needs.
