Janina at the Nottingham branch made our experience of buying a new sofa so easy . Her experience, kindness & willingness to help us was outstanding.

Greed…

The company charge an annual membership for sitters . They have now had the audacity to charge sitters £9 a sit on top of annual fee! This is greedy & unfair .

Delivery very expensive & 2 tiles delivered unwrapped.

As our business model allows customers to purchase the exact quantity of tiles needed, this means that occasionally we need to break down a box to add 1 or 2 additional tiles so that customers do not need to purchase full box quantities.

Whilst we are able to offer free delivery for orders over £199, unfortunately for any order below this amount, although the cost is already heavily subsidised by ourselves, there would be a delivery fee of £24.99. I'm sorry.
