BE AWARE Your 12 month contract is actually a 15 month contract.

We have had a number of issues with Biffa. The absolute take the mick is the 12 month contract that is actually a 15 month contract. If like us you choose not to renew, they require 90 days notice in a set time window and the 90 days notice starts AFTER the 12 month contract is up. So the 12 month contract you are signing is a 15 month contract. Any early termination is punished with a 41% fee of the total contract. In decades of business I have never come across such a ridiculous underhand way of doing business.

lying couriers

Sat at work after hours waiting and watching the CCTV for a much needed parcel. Then a notification pops up couriers unable to deliver, go online website states "attempted delivery". I am so fed up of these lying crap couriers that work for Evri.

There is reason why there are no reviews on Facebook and you can’t comment on their posts.

The pick up place at airport is not described or signed at all. Asking around a lot and phoning them got me on their minibus to their gravel yard and hut. From the moment I stepped out all my instincts screamed this is not good. Queue of customers waiting in the sun, no seats and no interaction with the surly guys. One customer was angry although I don’t why because of language. They wanted 2000 euros deposit for a beat up panda. It was at this point that I started to google reviews for this place. If you are reading this you will have discovered what I did. I left and got a taxi to my accommodation who sorted me out a new micra for less money and no deposit and full insurance. Avoid these cowboys. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Joke of a courier company

If only their courier service was as good as these fake reviews.
Tracking says you delivered to my company address at 19.26. My company shuts at 17.00 in a yard behind locked gates. My Cctv show no real or attempted delivery. Your investigation was inconclusive because the driver couldn’t remember the delivery. Your advice contact seller. The seller is not interested because your lying delivery driver marked it as delivered. Scumbag company that won’t compensate even when you have concrete proof of non delivery.
You have been warned.

Truly awful service

Truly awful service. I get better service buying a £3.60 sandwich than buying a £50k car from this dealer. They don't even have the basics in place for example they don't return your calls, which is very important because every time you call to chase them up the allocated salesman to you is always busy. Mine must sell 10 cars a day because he is always doing an handover. They didn't keep me updated on delivery date/time. You have to keep chasing them rather than the other way around. My salesman registered the car to the wrong email, this activation email is important because it activates all the incontrol and tracking system. he told me he would update when sorted. 2 weeks later still no joy. This morning went to register the car on my account it is now allowing me to (no contact from the dealer informing me),
You have been warned, if you are still going to buy a new car from here avoid Mathew if you have high blood pressure issues.

well pleased

The cabin arrived on a huge pallet. The driver was excellent and managed to get it down our cul de sac and on the drive.
Only a couple of minor niggles with the build, it took 2 days with my son. 1 year later I had some double glazing units fail and they were promptly replaced. Our cabin is a great usable space that went from temporary accommodation for elderly parents during covid to now my gym. a great buy.
