Two column radiators were ordered one from stock which arrived in a box. When the engineers opened the box it was noted that the two vertical pipes on one side were closer together than the rest. I.e the spacing was not equidistant. The other column radiator was wrapped in polythene and when it was unwrapped there were paint defects. A lack of quality control and/or packing. The radiators could not be inspected before installation date because they were too heavy to move.

Chose the Blue Gray Modern Emulsion. The sample pot was Estate Emulsion. Modern Emulsion was recommended by F&B for high traffic areas. For some reason the walls after painting 2 coats came out “more green” than the sample, which was a little disappointing, given that the sample pot was a more gray green. However, the paint was easy to apply without the normal smells associated with paint. Used 5l for 2 coats hall, stairs and landing.Satisfied with the overall result.

I have sent 3 emails trying to find out the geometry of a flat bar bike. Website says they try respond in 24 hours. 4 days on )including a call to their customer services (who promised a response by cob on Wednesday) and I have received no response. I know these are challenging times but sending an email on a Monday and having received no response by cob Friday is poor.
