Ashley and Martina in the Tunbridge Wells showroom were very helpful and knowledgeable (and patient with my young child who had come along!). I was after a specific design of bed and sofas, and a specific fabric range, and they helped me understand a few alternatives from the extensive range, and test out all the options. We had to rescope our project due to budget constraints (luckily before the sofas and bed had been made) and Sofas & Stuff were very accommodating of the changes. The access check team were very friendly and courteous, as were the delivery team. Overall a great experience and I would definitely use Sofas & Stuff again.

Highly recommend Stefan - a very thorough clean, and a lovely person to work with. He's really responsive and came out of his way a couple of weeks before our clean, to help us fix our grill. This was the second time we've used Stefan's services - last time was a few years ago - we'll definitely come back again when our oven next needs it (and we won't leave it so long next time)!

Can’t speak highly enough of the Electric Blind Company. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with both times we’ve have used them - prompt and professional. Jack the fitter was very knowledgeable and meticulous in getting the fitting just right, and navigating our unusual window spaces. The blinds are good quality and look great. Would definitely use again if we need more electric blinds.

Still can't use our Yoto online - so none of our recent Yoto club cards work :(

Our Yoto worked initially, then after a few weeks it failed to connect to our internet, and we've not managed to fix it since, despite trying all of Yoto's troubleshooting suggestions. We're stuck with the initial cards we bought, and the kids can't listen to the daily podcast, which they used to enjoy lots.

Our Yoto player stopped connecting to our internet after a few weeks and we’ve not been able to fix it for many weeks now, despite many attempts at following all the troubleshooting steps suggested on the Yoto website. So we can still play our original cards, but can’t play any new cards from our subscription, or the daily podcast (which was such a hit in our house). Feeling very frustrated that we’ve spent so much money on the box and cards, and have no way of using most of the content.

Our sons love the content, especially the daily podcasts. Some things are slightly counter-intuitive (volume button turns the wrong way), and pause button isn't the same as the play button. We've also had a few instances where the internet connection breaks, and we've been unable to get it to fix, despite trying all the troubleshooting tips on the Yoto website and various other forums. Then a few days later it miraculously fixes itself each time. But hopefully these glitches will sort themselves out soon as overall the Yoto has been a success in our house.

Mat and the team are a model for every local business! Huge contributors to the local community, offering free fruit to kids, getting involved with local schools, raising money for FareShare, and putting on special events, such as at Halloween. The coffee is delicious and the shop has an interesting range of products as well as the wide range of fruit and veg. We’ve had the veg box for years now - we love it because we can adapt it easily, Mat and the team are super responsive, and they turn up every week with a huge smile and friendly chat as they deliver it. They all work hard and deserve their success.

Great photobook. I needed express delivery and for some reason didn’t have the option to choose this on the app, so I contacted Customer Service and they upgraded the delivery on my order. Great if you use the smart layout option. However, if you prefer making your own bespoke design, I found the phone app a bit glitchy and hard to fully customise - eg. on the left hand pages I couldn’t alter the layouts to a different number of photos using the template layout options. Customer service were unable to help so I had to find a workaround. Also - sometimes changing photo zooms within small frames was very hard to do on the phone as I couldn’t zoom into the page to work with precision and my fingers were just too big to get within the small frames. Some small frames ended up being made larger, then I couldn’t get them back to their original size and I had to revert to the latest backup copy I’d made and start again. But overall the product was better than my most recent experiences with Photobox

Easy to order and product arrived quickly, but quality was not what you’d expect for the price. The towel stand was very flimsy and wobbly - it seemed to have a fundamental design flaw, as without bracing at the bottom there is no way that the small screws in the metal poles are enough to keep the towel stand from wobbling. Sadly we’ve had to find an alternative towel rail.

Great product, very high quality and completely bespoke (the hardest bit is deciding exactly what you need, as the possibilities are endless), and much cheaper than competitors who offer much less flexibility.

The delivery and installation took slightly longer than promised but it was definitely worth the extra few weeks’ wait.
