Still waiting to hear from customer…

Still waiting to hear from customer services about my refund. Over 3 weeks since I returned my goods and still no refund or email to update. Also waiting to hear why I was charged for shipping when it said I had qualified for free shipping. Not impressed.

Broken mug

Sadly, just opened my purchase, which was a birthday gift for a family member, and the handle of the mug is in two pieces.

Headboards

Ordered two single headboards on 7th Nov. When they arrived in early December I couldn't believe my eyes. Both looked like they d been dropped off a cliff! Unbelievable. Who checks these items before they are dispatched? Arranged for new ones to be delivered. The usual, could be any time of the day delivery, we don t do weekends. Really convenient when you work all week (not) New ones eventually arrived last week, but yet again, another disaster- 2 DOUBLES!!!! Nearly 3 months after my original order, I am STILL waiting for my delivery, which, of course, was paid for at the time. That' s 3 months worth of interest in their pocket. NEVER AGAIN.
