We purchased the 3 seater Grosvenor sofa in Antique Chestnut leather and couldn't happier. A beautiful piece of furniture that is also very comfortable. Great customer service, any questions I had were answered by real human beings, and the delivery went smoothly, despite my street being too narrow for the delivery truck!! Alfie and his associate carried it all the way up the street and set it up right where I wanted it. Highly recommended!

Purchased sofa and 2 chairs, was kept up to date with delivery and build quality is fantastic. Delivery guys were absolutely superb, when I changed my mind on where each chair was going they changed them around for me although I said I would do it when they left. The set of furniture is fantastic certainly better than the rubbish you go and purchase at trading estates, a bit more expensive but at least I know that I am not going to have to replace it in. A couple of years time. Highly recommended **********

I purchased a leather Chesterfield upright chair in December 2025. This was to go with my existing range I purchased in 2016.
I can state the furniture is craftsmanship at its best and timeless in appearance.
I really enjoyed the process of selecting the additional piece. With the effective ordering system, and process, combined with most courteous and professional assistance of the Saxon team they matched the specification perfectly. The price was brilliant.
The team provided excellent progress reports; from samples of the original selection to a piece of the leather the actual chair was to be made from.
The chair was quality made and delivered efficiently on time. It is a perfect match.

Overall, process, ordering system efficiency, the price , quality of manufacture, exceptional customer service, the product itself are beyond all expectations.
The whole process was most enjoyable. A rarity into days world. Well done Saxon Team.

Wonderful customer service. Staff were polite and respectful of our requirements. They were able to help us choose the perfect chair. They also ensured we got delivery before Xmas, even though we had missed the official deadline. Very Happy with the chair - it is fabulous quality, extremely comfortable, and looks great.

£826 usage charge if i want a refund for usage for having the Sofa
£1200 to £1800 testing that i would have to Pay upfront to see whos at fault.. then reinburst if was the Leather was Faulty.Disgusting i will take legal action against your company.You took my Sofa away for two weeks i had no sofa at home so you could carry out a visual inspection.You could have done this through photos i sent yiu and videos via email.

Because we're not close to the shop, we had to do everything online. From start to finish they were friendly, helpful and assisting in the right dimensions. The idea of a company owned by the staff really spoke to us and they kept us constantly informed about the process, informed us about the delivery day (which was only about 6 weeks for a handmade corner sofa and stool) and roughly delivery time. The delivery guys were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Now it's here and what a quality. Attention paid to all the details and perfect sit comfort. Not cheap but worth every penny. Highly recommend.
