I had a disappointing experience with CeX. Ordered a flash for a camera and it did not work when it arrived. Well packaged so not damaged in transit. I would have thought it would have been checked it was working when someone exchanged it and again when it was posted out.
Sending it back was fairly easy which was good.
Needed the flash for work so was disappointed.

Ordered an apple keyboard. Was delivered fast and good price for slightly used condition.

Received second hand when the pictures is boxed and a new image plus they didn’t work

I got dvds I was looking for that I couldnt get anywhere else.

One of my favourites still in the local High street. Always find a hidden gem when I go in there. Fair on trade in deals.

Simple, easy yo use and item arrived earlier than I was expecting so bonus.

Returned a couple of items within 14 days, and even though it's been nearly two weeks since they were returned/delivered, there's been no refund!
The items returned equal to just under £500, and that's a LOT of money not to have. CeX are very quick to take the money, but when it comes to refunding customers they dig their heels in and suddenly we get given a load of rubbish about please allow a certain number of days!How utterly ridiculous! All I’ve been given is excuse after lame excuse: “our team are working on it”…yeah bullcrap! Due to not receiving the refund I wasn’t able to pay bills, which has therefore now out great financial and mental strain on me. I will now be seeking legal action against CeX and reporting them to trading standards and other relevant authorities! AVOID BUYING FROM

Arrived in excellent condition I can’t fault it, better than advertised. Very fast dispatch and delivery, very pleased with it.

Never had an issue with CEX be it in person or online, staff are always nice and their website is very simple and straight forward

They have great gaming products, great customer service(maybe not for every CEX shop) but cannot fault, trade in credit is good if you want to sell an old console and the prices are very competitive, overall would recommend.

I’ve ordered controllers, games and headphones from them, both used and new, and I’ve never been disappointed! One time I had an issue with a controller that died not too long after purchasing, and they replaced it with no hassle. I ordered used earphones that work better and were much cheaper than the last pair I had. They have different item quality grades depending on your budget, and I will definitely keep purchasing from them!
