Damaged parcel, poor service, poor handling, late arrival after 15 days.

I had a very bad experience with Interparcel. My parcel was damaged due to poor handling during delivery. When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility and said the item was “prohibited,”

I lost or missed my item, someone open and took my parcel. I informed the customer care they disconnected my call.

Regardless of whether an item is prohibited, parcels should still be handled with care. The damage was clearly caused by careless handling, not the item itself. I am very disappointed with their service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend Interparcel.

Please request to other user I have bad and most bad experience, hereafter I never suggest inter parcel service to anyone.

I had requested a pick up from my home…

I had requested a pick up from my home between 1-30 pm and 5-30 pm but your staff member arrived at 11-40 and refused to come back, saying there was a pick up branch just below my home where I could drop off my packet when ready. I went to the pick-up centre downstairs at 3-40 pm and while the cut off is 6pm, the clerk manning the desk said that this gentleman had come at 3-30 and picked up all packets for that day and wont be back until the next morning. For no fault of mine, my critically important documents are now delayed by a day. Why is your staff in such a hurry to finish work and why can they not follow the cut-off timings as specified in company policy?

Very poor

Delivery was attempted on a Saturday when our business is closed but to the INCORRECT ADDRESS on the photo!
Delivery arrived today but was left unattended in our porch, without any calls to the office via the intercom.
Very poor service!

I bought a book from a UK artist. Having items shipped into the US due to these uncertain times raises certain concerns, however, my parcel was shipped and received with no problems. I owe this to my artist's choice to use Interparcel.

A Courier that does not understand the word "Fragile "

The parcel arrived extremely severely damaged despite the two boxes being covered in "Fragile" tape
Contents very badly damaged claim now lodged!!!
Lets see how long this takes to resolve????

Interparcel's secret to success

I have used Interparcel for several years. They have always provided a very efficient service. On the very odd occasion where a problem arose, which is usually a problem with the carrier and not Interparcel, the problem was dealt with quickly and with no fuss. The secret to Interparcel's success is that when you use the telephone contact number you get to talk to a human! Their customer service agents are always very helpful, polite and cheerful.
I would always recommend Interparcel.
