Very friendly and well organised

Very friendly, helpful staff in Weston. Promptly got keys and instructions. Easy access 24hrs a day. Gave 2 weeks notice, handed back keys. Job done

Eleias Roberts delivered an exceptional experience with his warm, approachable manner and high level of professionalism. He was consistently supportive and informative every time I called him, regardless of the request. The container offered was spacious and extremely secure, which was perfect for our needs. On a weekend, when we required assistance, a simple phone call sufficed, thanks to their fantastic 24-hour service. Although the bay location is somewhat off the beaten path, it worked perfectly for us as we needed long-term storage without frequent access. I highly endorse The Space Programme for their outstanding customer service and reasonably priced storage options.

When I arrived I was very upset, just had a text message off my ex. It was horrid, the lady there was so kind as if I known her for ages. So friendly. Explain everything. I couldn’t ask for a better person. So kind.

We used The Space Program in Tewkesbury for storage for most of 2025. The choice of different sizes of internal storage or external container storage was excellent and we were given detailed and very helpful advice by the Manager ( Mission Controller), Crystal, to fit our requirements.
At all stages during the set up we got accurate, relevant and friendly advice from Crystal. Setting up all of the documentation was easy and also the electronic requirements for access to the site were simple to use .
Whenever we needed advice or packing materials Crystal was always most helpful, friendly and gave service with a cheerful smile.
Closing our account was easy and again Crystal played a most helpful role.
It was a pleasure to use the storage facility here and we will almost certainly use it again during 2026.

Eleias Roberts was amazing. He was approachable, friendly and professional. No matter when I rang him for whatever I needed he was reassuring and helpful. The container was a great space and very secure. One weekend we needed to speak to someone and a phonecall was all that was needed, the 24 hour service is great. The bay as a location is slightly out of the way but if like us, you just needed items stored for a length of time and didn't need to access them too often, it was perfect. I highly recommend The Space Programme as the customer service was excellent and storage a good competitive price.

Great service from Elias at the Cardiff branch. We always felt looked after and sure that our things were safe. The gated compound requires entry through 2 security gates, and there is CCTV all around. Container was in great condition and a great size. Super happy and will always use when we have need 👍🏻❤️ recommend to others

I would 100% recommend The Space Storage programme. Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish and answered every question we had. We secured a great deal of a half price 20ft unit for 8 weeks and honestly the unit was spotless. Access to the unit was smooth and easy thanks to Sarah for making sure we knew the codes and explaining where all the resources were.
