We were hesitant in ordering due to the self assembly but took the plunge and ordered Model 13 corner sofa. Communication with Swyft was excellent, lots of emails informing us of delivery times which was just a week from ordering. Delivery team phoned half hour before delivery, excellent team who unpacked the sofa modules and took away all the cardboard too. Then the self assembly- for 2 middle aged people, it was manageable! The modules are quite light and just need to be aligned and lifted into clips on the base. Side arms were a little tricky to clip in but we did it. The sofa is very squishy, you sink into it yet it feels sturdy considering it’s modular. All in all, quite expensive but we wanted it quickly and it’s a bit different to the run/of/the-mill sofas and very comfortable so it was worth it. We would definitely recommend Swyft!

The quality of the sofa was amazing. I went to the store to look at it a few times and the staff working there was super friendly. The process to ordering and then delivery was also good.

I recently purchased the Model 10 Shadow Linen sofas (a 2-seater and a 3-seater) and I couldn’t be happier. Both pieces are absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable.

The service was excellent from the moment I placed my order. Kristopher was super helpful and friendly, making the initial process a breeze. I also really appreciated being kept up-to-date regularly regarding the delivery status, so I was never left wondering.

On delivery day, Emmanuel and his colleague were fantastic. They called when they were an hour away, which was very helpful for planning my day. Once they arrived, they were fast, friendly, and efficient at assembling the sofas. Best of all, they took all the packaging with them, leaving the room spotless.

I can't wait for my ottoman to arrive!

Delivered today, within time frame provided which was really great. The guys were efficient and respectfull. Thy opened up one box so we could check colour was as expected and ordered. Haven't put together yet as have to move some other furniture round first. So far really impressed with Swyft

Honestly, it's been an awful experience. Had 4 replacement lamps, all of which where damaged. The return was organised and the refunded.

In the original order, over two months ago, a damaged coffee table was delivered. I was told a replacement would be shipped at the start of January and this never happened. Since then, swyft have been unable to confirm when they can replace the damaged item. I have been following up frequently to confirm a date as I don't want the replacement to be missed again.

My experience of buying a new sofa from Swyft was extremely positive: I couldn’t visit a showroom and needed detailed information about a couple of models I was interested in. Kris, Swift sofa specialist was very patient and helpful and provided excellent advice. The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery quick and efficient . 5 stars, very good quality sideboard, all assembled ready to go, really well packed for delivery meant no damage and delivery was easy, the guys who delivered the sideboard were great and brought inside. All round very pleased with service from Swyft. .

Website easy to navigate. Delivery times are reasonable and much faster than the other sofa alternatives we looked at. List of stores that stock their products was also available so we could go and try some of them out before ordering. Wide range of colours and fabrics to choose from. Easy to put together. All the packaging was recyclable so easy to dispose of.

The whole process of purchasing our new sofa from Swift was straightforward and a pleasure. From getting advice over the telephone and selecting the Model 10 Sofa to taking delivery the whole process was simplicity itself. The delivery guys put the new sofa together perfectly and carried the old one away (it was a heavy one) without complaint. Many thanks.

I had previously ordered a sofa from a company I really like but because a tight turn in my flat it wasn't possible. I looked for modular sofas found Swift, site looked good plenty of choice sent me numerous material samples made my choice 2 days later sofa delivered, on time. Two of us put it together in 20 minutes and it looks great, what's not to like

Swyft offer an excellent range of furniture which lasts extremely well, even though our dog tries hard to mess it up! The ordering system is quick and easy to use and delivery was on time and efficient.

Amazing online assistance from Steven impressed me and I guess it was one of the best compared to my previous online shopping experiences. Steven was extremely helpful at my choices and he had very professional tonne with great patience. We completed an enjoyable shopping together with 6000miles distance from each other .

We got the 2.5 seater Model 08 sofa bed which arrived on the date that was promised at the point of purchase. We got the velvet Brick colour which looks and feels great. The sofa itself is well-built and it was super easy to assemble. Can’t comment on durability yet but so far we’re very happy with our purchase!
