I finally ordered 3 items from Moda after years of browsing their clothing. They were all pre-order with dates for when they would be available. The first item shipped on time but the fit was not great so i returned it. The second item was quite late and I had to email them to find out what was going on. It finally arrived. i loved it and kept it. I just realized I never received the third item, which was long overdue. I emailed them and received a reply saying it was no longer available and they would refund me. It seems to me that they misplaced my order and sold it the item to someone else! I will never order anything from Moda again. Will stick to Net a Porter. Quick and reliable every time!!!

Horrible customer service. Rude and miserable. They are very unprofessional and unaccommodating. Kati who says she’s one of the managers has no customer service skills and should not be working there. Rather pay triple the price and not deal with such nasty people. They are thieves

Moda Operandi changed their store credit policy without notifying customers. I had store credit, that was confirmed via email by Moda, would not expire. Moda changed their policy at some point and failed to disclose this to customers. I was told my credit expired and was given no notice to change of policy. This is stealing. I am so disappointed by the company and their failure to do the right thing and reinstate my credit.

Worst customer service. Very unprofessional and they lied constantly about my package being in transit. I ordered an item on August 28 and it’s September 15 and I still don’t have it. I’ve had to call them more than 5 times and I emailed them over 10 times. Please don’t use this website, they are awful and not worth the headache.

Nowhere on the product page does it state that an item item is final sale. This only appears in small print on the checkout page, which is easy to miss. This feels intentionally misleading and not customer-friendly.

They are holding my refund for weeks now..items received. Fashion companies on the brink are known to float your refund for a month so this would make me wary of ever ordering from them again.

Unethical business. I returned a sweater that had only 1 available in the size I ordered. They received my return days ago and haven't refunded me yet they found the time to put the sweater back on their website. They should be refunding me before trying to resell the returned item.

This company is full of really criminal money hungry people. What a disgrace of a company. This company and all staff really should be ashamed of themselves. I do not know how they can sleep at night knowing what goes on behind the scenes. The service is appalling as well and I would never purchase and ever recommend purchasing from here

I have the pleasure of dining at Moda Restaurant tonight , and I can confidently say that Batoul made the experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, offering insightful recommendations from the menu and ensuring that every detail was perfect.
Batoul's knowledge of the menu and the drinks pairings was impressive, and she went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Her professionalism, combined with her friendly nature, made our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend Moda not just for the delicious food, but for the top-notch service provided by Batoul. She truly made the evening special!

Absolutely love the shipping fulfillment service at moda opernadi. I always get my order super fast and the packaging always looks neat and clean.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a dress which included free shoes. The shoes didn’t arrive and they just reply with the same thing that they will get back to me soon but no progress or even recognition that they didn’t send the shoes. This company are crooks and falsely advertised a free gift to get the sale but never included the free gift.

Terrible customer service, especially for what is meant to be a high end retailer. Take a cue from Nordstrom.

I bought a $300 skirt and wore it once for 3 hours. The skirt had a slit and I noticed the seam was already coming undone so I reached out asking for a replacement which I believe is reasonable considering it's a fault on the product. I emailed on the last day to be eligible for a return, and didn't hear back from customer service for a few days. By the time I did they said it was past the time allowed for a refund and then stopped responding all together. All other companies I have purchased from have honored a refund request if the request was sent within the allowed time. And I didn't even want a refund I wanted a replacement. Very shady behavior and will not be purchasing again from Moda.

The worst customer service! Hang up on me.

Terrible customer service. I have lost almost $500 in taxes that they refused to help or refund to me despite many emails and follow ups from local customs advised me that the merchant (Moda) should be initiating the process for customers. Their lack of interest in helping is truly awful.

I don't normally write reviews, but I know many people who might not have shopped with them before and are looking for inputs of those who have.

I placed my order on 5/12/2024, shipped on 5/15/2024, and I received it on 5/20/2024.

I had no issues with my Roger Vivier shoes. They're authentic. I knew my size in that brand and these fit as expected. It came with its original box and dust bags. Return instructions were included, just in case. (Item has to be in the same new and unused condition, etc. Pretty standard.). Anyway, everything was packed well and I am happy with my shoes and the transaction.

I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again. I'm really grateful I found these shoes that were already sold out (in my size) everywhere.

I have been waiting 9 days and have yet to get my refund. I preordered a beautiful dress that didn’t work for me I returned the same day. They received the dress and said it was inspected and I will be receiving a refund. I have called 3 times and still no refund.
I am sure I will get my money back but what takes so long? Dior, Gucci, MyTheresa all refund so promptly.

They canceled my order without giving any reason. They did not even send me an email that the order has been canceled. Never have I seen such blatant disrespect.

I purchased the CModa fashion app and I was to judge the product. It was to pay 100.00 for your time and opinion. The it went to 50.00 a day with at additional charge double points which doesn’t allow access. Today it locked me out saying I was going to fast and haven’t even started yet. Also, the included your not being honest as a reason not to continue paying. I am so close to the $3000.00. I knew that something was going to happen to prevent me from reaching the goal. Very hurt that they are not behaving truthfully at my expense. I have been very committed and consistent in my opinion and completely honest.
