Phone Order Experience

We had such a lovely visit to the store…

We had such a lovely visit to the store in Bristol! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and were quick to assist despite the store being very busy on the last Sunday of the sale. That also meant we were treated to Prosecco and cookies which added even more to an already great experience! All of the ladies were fantastic - thanks to the lovely lady with blonde curls(so sorry I didn’t catch her name!),Rosa, Chloe, Phoebe we purchased a gorgeous velvet cuddlemuffin. Highly recommend 😊

Great advise by lovely, non pushy sales team.

I was welcomed into the store by a lovely, helpful but not pushy sales assistant. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I was unsure of my fabric colour choice and I was given useful advice and given time to ponder. I was very happy with my experience.

Welcoming environment and staff + Great…

Welcoming environment and staff + Great products.

Geri served us and was patient and helpful and warm. All you want.

It was great to see that it seemed a happy and relaxed place to work, with treats on hand for the kids and the opportunity for them to watch a movie so that we could browse and make decisions without interruption.

The product range is so varied and we were given enough time, with no pressure, to make the right decision.

I would like to give a special thank you to CJ for the amazing support. CJ helped me a lot with the return process and coordinating everything after a mistake made by the delivery team. Throughout the whole time, CJ was always available, very understanding, and truly caring. CJ not only handled the coordination quickly but also made sure I felt supported and reassured. Excellent service and a great attitude.

I made a purchase at your St Albans…

I made a purchase at your St Albans store this weekend and my experience was actually bizarre. staff in the shop couldn’t have been less interested in my purchase if they tried. I was initially greeted in the store then left to my own devices interested in both a bed and sofas. I decided to purchase a bed and on approaching the tills staff awkwardly spoke between themselves about how busy they were and couldn’t help me. There were no other customers waiting / being served. It took several minutes before anyone actually engaged with me. This was clearly an inconvenience to them and they were not really interested in my purchase - it was more “what do you want”. As if I was buying some potatoes from Tesco. Honestly it was weird. Not really what I expected from loaf.

Amazing customer service from Pete

Pete was amazing today. He was helping with a discontinued fabric order and called to say they had managed to source it. Even my extra demands were met with positivity, enthusiasm and a perfect result.
All the Loaf team who have helped with this issue have been professional and have gone the extra mile.

Kind gesture

When I ordered my sofa and chair over the telephone I had a heavy cold. Josh who took my ordered noticed this, I think the coughing gave it away.🤔 He said that he hoped I’d soon feel better.
I was amazed a few days later to receive some letter box flowers from Josh and loaf team wishing me a speedy recovery. A lovely surprise and great customer service.
