Poor Service

In my entire life, I have never experienced such poor hosting service. The people you have in your help sector have very little experience. Whenever visitors start coming to my site, it goes down immediately, which has caused me to lose a lot of dollars. Even when I asked for a refund, you didn't give it to me. Moreover, my hosting package was a large VDS hosting, priced at 155 dollars per month.

I had an issue with my old website…

I had an issue with my old website interfering with my new site. Gede had a lot of work to do to get that issue straightened out. Took a little time but he got everything up and running. I had to use Tech Support twice to fix my errors. Couldn't be more happy with Tech Support, thumbs up.

Engineer Wilis V handled my migration and new server setup. It was complex from my perspective and had to adjust to allow for old Joomla installations and other considerations. I used A2 for a long time but I really like the hosting.com team too. The prices are the best, the communication is excellent and when one of my client's site opens a security hole, they contact me directly and suggest fixes. They have been patient and fast responding, which is rare. Thank you.

Be careful with unexpected payments

Be careful with unexpected payments! They charged me twice for no reason.
Today they charged me after I left them! They made a tutorial how to cancel their services, such "smart"!

After the years with this hosting (ex A1 hosting) this hosting became much worst + they increased prices on already expensive services. Their key was a fast and quality support, it was, it's true, but not anymore. The support became slowly. Some tickets took a day to be replied.
