I have had the worst possible…
I have had the worst possible experience as a customer of Daals. My desk arrived back in Oct (£330 desk) with an incorrect part and so I requested the delivery of a new one. Upon the new part arriving, it was evident that the original part had in fact been labellled wrong so I now had 2 incorrect parts. Before resending the part, daals existed on collecting the incorrect part before exchanging it. Arranging this with DHL was a nightmare and about literally 10’s of failed pick ups, I have now (in the last days of Jan!) had a whole new desk delivered…. I now have 2 desks?! The most frustrating customer service exchange I have ever had and daals have offered no discount, compensation etc despite the fact that for MONTHS my desk has been incomplete.. and now to complete it I will be left with 99% of the build of a another entire desk. Literally a failure at every step

My items were delivered with no damage
Love my items - slight delay with my chantily coffee table - it took over 2 weeks to deliver due to stock issues but other than that I’m pleased with chantily table and chest draws!
Will be ordering the chantily sideboard next :)
