What a shop for your dj equipment I ordered quite a lot from there shop and it all arrived 2 days later couldn’t ask for anything better

despite DPD losing my parcel as soon as it arrived in their sortation facility (had to vent somewhere) Bop were super helpful getting on them and eventually sending me a new XDJ as soon as DPD admitted it was lost :)

Helpful guys, was dealt with by Dan and though they didnt have what I went to buy in stock he told me the delivery was due in the next hour so I waited in my car, the other guy came out to let me know the item had arrived.
They were both very helpful and in a stroke of luck finding a store so close to home I will be going back up in a few weeks to spend some more!

I spoke to a sales assistant about ordering some DJ turntables, mixer and headphones. I decided to drive up to Leeds to place my order and was very pleased with the service at the Leeds store . They have kept me up to date by email regarding my orders and will definitely shop at Bop in the future.

Been using bop dj for a few years now. I actually think all my music equipment apart from my 1210mk5’s came from them. However bop dj is my go to place for anything I need. Good gear, arrives in one peace ( as in they don’t use shady couriers) customer service is fantastic, polite staff and knowledgeable in products they are selling. Would also like to point out if trying to get a hold of bop dj customer services it’s actually decent to hear a decent bit of hold music instead of generic garbage that most companies put you to sleep with. In all the years I have used bop dj I have never had a bad experience yet and never had a complaint. Highly recommend. If enthusiast like myself I 100% suggest that if you have not checked bop dj out, go check them out. Have not visited any of there stores yet in person as I’m located in Scotland so bit far to drive for me but aslong as online store on the go il be sure to continue using them. Hopefully one day I will visit but for now I’m happy with the service provided and equipment furniture etc that I have received.
