Bought a pair of prescription glasses for a great price! I had no email to inform me of an estimated delivery date so I asked a staff member on the live chat who gave me the estimated delivery date within minutes. The glasses actually came 3 days before the estimated delivery date so that’s even better. The box came with the glasses, a case and a packet of love hearts sweets which I thought gave it a personal touch and I loved it. 10/10 would buy again!

Today I saw the lovely Kate who explained everything in plain English with a great bedside manner,I even got to see my ears via a smartphone before and after. The glasses are batch produced abroad which would be nice to have it made clearer when you order. 
But I contacted them, they explained and the service and product has been fantastic to be fair. 
Will always order from them now on.
