Excellent customer care, friendly staff and user friendly portal 

Impossible to arrange to pick up an order via uber eats. Just kept asking for a delivery address . Gave up

Charging £5.50 for a meal deal in a Hospital and not giving any discount for the Workers there is utterly disgusting no wonder you where in so much financial difficulties you had to rebrand.

The ally broke down was unable to be fixed, what a waste of money. We was given a refund but wasnt compensated for our inconvenience and ruined our Saturday.  
I am not happy 

My daughter loved the Elsa themed cake and the delivery was perfectly on time. 

Good selection, though I wish there were some options for meat or fish dishes without the vegetables.        I still like to cook my own.

It is excellent that there is no minimum order or delivery charge, and you can just pay the driver if you want to

Shocking. I continuously received out of date food. My Last delivery half my shopping was missing. 
Guess what Sainsbury’s did? Blocked my a/c and I’m yet to receive the money I had on there. 
Instead of addressing the issue which has been EVERY TIME I got they banned me from shopping there. Disgusting!!! 
Good job Sainsburys, well done for looking after your customers. I’ve spent thousands of pounds there and this is how I get treated. 
Shame on you.
Ps look how many ppl are complaining about you and out of date food. Do something !!! You’re not addressing the issues at all. 

Very helpful. Fast delivery. Good products.

We don't use a lot of gel pots as we are a church and whole church cooked meals are infrequent, but when we do Nisbets provides a convenient and speedy delivery.
