Panels stopped working after one week. No service personnel available for a week. Unacceptable.

efficiency in whole process was very good . Once I got through on phone (v. busy) details of boiler and fault were taken and engineer (Kurandeep Singh Virdee ) visited the next day and sorted the problem .The boiler was only fitted last April so I wouldn't have expected to need repair (board) so soon
