All the staff are excellent and very helpful. Sienna at the reception is so wonderful and helpful. They know what they are doing. 
The swimming tutor Renu and fitness instructor are amazing. Thank you. Very happy. 

loving the car seat my baby loves her new car seat 

Was disappointed my Yoto card didn’t make it for my granddaughters birthday party, Didn’t expect to take 12 days and no tracking info,other than 4/5 days expected delivery.

Absolutely useless; I still don’t have my order after three weeks, cannot speak to a human and all other contact sources are non responsive or just spurt unrelated rubbish on repeat. Very, very frustrated & £52 out of pocket!!

I’ve had a platinum pass for years but I will now be boycotting this company for there frankly sickening handling of the ride access pass system and communication  

Ordered some presents for Christmas in November. One item wasn’t delivered and no refund received. Have contacted customer care 4 times. Recently got a response for ‘more details’ offered a refund but never recieved. When I responded asking for a date for refund they sent me the original email again asking for more details.

Great fun for a couple of 50 somethings!  Got to see parts of Kendal we wouldn't have visited without the Trail.  Plenty of opportunities for a coffee stop too - essential for a bitterly cold day.  Looking forward to purchasing one to do with our grandchildren.

What a talented cast are the Garrick Ensemble! The “Quiz” show was complex, amusing, and wonderfully performed with superb lighting and staging. 
The Front of House staff were, as usual, helpful and very welcoming. 
This theatre is a real community gem.
