For a 3star hotel it was good value for money.
Clean and tidy accommodation.
Good selection of food available in the dining room.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Camping,  very easy to book with a good insight as to what is available on site 

Had to change a holiday just before the full balance was due because of an unplanned surgery. Faced paying a £60 admin fee or paying another £200 just to cancel. Very limited dates available this year and nothing available yet for next year. Very little empathy or help. Changed to a short break elsewhere at a later date only for it to be cancelled by them less than a week later. No explanation why would be given. I booked with cottage.com regularly but would again. No help given even when they can see you are a repeat customer when you need to cancel but if they need to cancel they can with no compensation.

I would have given this 5 stars except a part was missing as they’d sent a duplicate of another part.  I rang and was told to email customer services which I did. They contacted me the next day to apologise and advised they had arranged for the missing part to be delivered but not for another 10 days.  
This needs to be speeded up as by this stage my hubby had got into the building of the item quite far, he had to work round the missing part which was quite frustrating.
Saying that though, the company didnt quibble and dealt with the ordering of the part swiftly.

We haven’t had a holiday together since 2018. Then in 2021  my husband had some health issues.  So when an opportunity came up to join friends in Barbados for a special 70th birthday celebration I jumped at the chance. I have to admit I was worried about trying to book such a special trip so I asked Kevin Akers Travel Counsellor,  knowing he had helped some other friends. What an amazing guy, he blew us away with the holiday he booked for us. His expertise, little messages to keep us informed and stress free for us at all times. I didn’t have to worry about anything, he was on hand 24/7 if any problems arose. Well needless to say there were no problems. The best holiday we have had all thanks to Kevin.

Easy booking procedure . The rental looks great . And exceptionally good value for money . 

Just back from Mogan in Gran Canaria, hotel was great and the staff were fantastic the village of Mogan is beautiful and well worth a visit from anywhere on the island. The only spoiler was the aggressive and disrespectful attitude of the custom control people on the way home. Why are these people so nasty and aggressive for no reason.
