Pitbull (Armando Christian Perez Acosta, born January 15, 1981 in Miami, Florida, USA) is an American singer, songwriter, producer, and actor. He works in the genre of rap, hip-hop, latino, crunk, dancehall, reggaeton, pop rap, and pop. Armando started his musical career in 1999, he wrote mixtapes and remixes of popular tracks. His song "Oue" became the soundtrack for the movie "Double Fast and Furious". Pitbull's first studio album M.I.A.M.I. was released in 2004, from which the track "Culo" entered to the Billboard Hot 100 chart and Hot Rap Tracks rating. In 2006, Pitbull introduced the album El Mariel, which reached number one on Billboard and number 17 on the Billboard 200. The singles "Bojangles", "Fuego" and "Ay Chico (Lengua Afuera)" did not leave the top of the popular charts for a long time. The next studio album Rebelution included the song "I Know You Want Me", which reached the second position of the Hot 100 and topped the charts in Great Britain, Canada and several European countries. In 2011, the artist presented the track "Give Me Everything", which reached the first position of the Billboard Hot 100. In 2014 Pitbull got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
