Availability Overview #

The Availability section defines when a tour can be booked by customers.
It allows you to configure your tour’s schedule — whether it runs continuously throughout the year or only on specific dates.

Availability Types #

Continuous #

The Continuous type is ideal for tours that run regularly, such as daily sightseeing, safari rides, or boat tours.

  • Customers can select any date within the available date range you define.
  • Works well for tours that operate continuously without fixed durations.

Example: If the availability range is January 1 – December 31, customers can book any single date within that period.


Fixed #

The Fixed type is perfect for tours that run on specific dates or limited durations, such as holiday packages, seasonal tours, or festival events.

  • You define a From Date and To Date for the booking period.
  • When a customer books, the entire date range is automatically selected — not individual days.
  • This type is best for fixed itineraries (e.g., a 7-day trip that always runs from Monday to Sunday).

Example: If you set December 28 – January 2 as the availability range, customers booking this tour will automatically book for the full duration (Dec 28 to Jan 2).

Custom Pricing Settings #

The Availability configuration is directly linked to your Pricing Settings.
Depending on which pricing model you have chosen (Per Person, Per Group, or Package Pricing), the system will automatically display the corresponding pricing configuration under the availability calendar.

For example:

  • If you selected Per Person pricing in Price Settings, only the Per Person fields will appear in the Availability setup.
  • If you selected Package Pricing, you’ll see your defined packages (e.g., Basic, Premium, Private Group) and can set availability and pricing for each package individually.
  • Similarly, for Group Pricing, you can manage availability based on the group configuration.

Bulk Price Edit #

The Bulk Price Edit feature allows you to quickly configure and update availability pricing for multiple dates at once. It’s a convenient way to apply your selected pricing type to specific days, months, or years in the availability calendar.

How It Works #

When setting up availability, you can use the Bulk Price Edit section to define where and how your selected pricing type (Per Person, Per Group, or Package Pricing) applies.

Available Options #

You can customize bulk pricing by selecting one or more of the following:

  • Days of Week: Choose specific weekdays (e.g., Monday, Friday) to apply pricing.
  • Days of Month: Select calendar dates (1–31) for recurring monthly pricing.
  • Months (*): Apply pricing to selected months (e.g., June, July, August).
  • Years (*): Set pricing for specific years (e.g., 2025, 2026, 2027).
  • Add Start Time: Define start time for the booking schedule.
  • Booking Status: Mark selected dates as Available or Unavailable.
  • Packages: If using Package Pricing, you can add and customize multiple packages (e.g., Package 1, Package 2).

Usage #

Once you’ve selected the desired filters (day, month, year, etc.), set the price for your chosen pricing type and apply it to the calendar. This will update all matching dates with the specified availability and pricing settings.
