I wanted to like this book. I really, really did, but now I have a big reading slump instead. The premise sounded very exciting: time traveling, bringing cures from the future, and changing the course of history? Count me in! I expected much awesomeness from this book, including cool sci-fi mystery and a slow-burn sweetness between the MC and the man from the future as was promised in the synopsis.
