Zertonia

Zertonia is a teal-colored, metallic planet and half of the Sacred Ring that surrounds a black hole. With mysterious ties to the Cybertronian known as Zerta Trion, Zertonia is the homeworld of the Zertonian Solila and is currently ruled by Zertonian Premier Zalilak.

At the tail-end of the Age of Wrath, the world that would become known as Zertonia orbited a red star on the verge of becoming a black hole. Zerta Trion led the Quintesson weapon Goliant to the star system to consume the star so she could be trap him in the resulting singularity. Influencing the organics who lived in the system, Zerta had them disassemble their planets to forge the Sacred Ring. Needing to keep Goliant inactive until the time was right to kill him, Zerta split his mind among the organics. The group with whom Zerta's words had resonated came to deify her, becoming known as the Zertonians in her honor, coming to inhabit the right side of the Ring. In the present day, the arrival of a comet containing four thousand tons of ice provided an opportunity to address a water storage on Zertonia. Solila was sent to intercept the comet, but her Star Wing would crash into an unknown world due to the comet's gravity. The Quintessons would learn of Zertonia's existence from Skuxxoid, Void Rivals #5 and would eventually travel to see it as part of the Sacred Ring. Void Rivals #14 A prominent location on Zertonia was the Temple of Zerta's Light, which a defeated Zalilak would visit after failing to prevent Darak's return to Agorria. With the help of the Unifiers, Darak and Solila were able to escape Zertonia, prompting Zalilak to send Proximus after the pair. Void Rivals #6 After a call with Minister Dulin, Zalilak dispatched a military convoy to detain the two. Void Rivals #10 Fairing rather poorly against Springer, the Zertonians retreated to their side of the Ring, provided with a datapad about how to process energon, the beaten Proximus hitching a ride back on one of the tanks. Finding a bolthole to hide in, Proximus was joined by Ultum. Void Rivals #12 After being informed of the datapad, Zalilak traveled to the Temple of Zerta's Light to speak with Mistress Vill.
