You poor bastard. --FFN 09:51, 30 March 2009 (EDT)

List of Cybertron episodes
No one's gotten around to making one yet! There isn't an episode list page for Robots in Disguise yet either - I keep meaning to start one. --abates 07:18, 20 April 2009 (EDT)
- Eh, good thing I'm already working on one for Cybertron. ;) --Lonegamer78 07:25, 20 April 2009 (EDT)
- They look good - thanks for doing the RiD one! Why did you remove the quotes from around the title on some of the episode pages though? They seem to be standard on the other series (G1 for instance). --abates 03:34, 21 April 2009 (EDT)
- Easy enough to follow a format, after some tweaking (even if it looks a bit squished from the info). And eh, whoops on removing the quotes from the titles. ^^; --Lonegamer78 07:34, 21 April 2009 (EDT)

Movie Prime
Thank you for the pic! I've been meaning to upload ROTF pics for some of the characters, and this is the one I had in mind for Prime. Thank you again.--AWT88 19:30, 6 May 2009 (EDT)
- My bad, I didn't pay much attention to the differences, been a little on edge today. Still though, the caption fits greatly.--AWT88 19:33, 6 May 2009 (EDT)

In Need of Photos
I slapped together a page for Poly, any chance you have a useable pic of him from your BotCon '09 collection? I had been thinking maybe a crop of that pic with him and Mowry holding the Cosmos stuff... --Jeysie 18:00, 15 June 2009 (EDT)
- That pic of him with Mowry was the only one I ever took during the con. Just be glad that it wasn't with my regular camera (bloody thing busted out on me again!). --Lonegamer78 18:17, 15 June 2009 (EDT)
- Lucky indeed, then, as that's one gorgeous shot (in more ways than one >_>). Thanks! --Jeysie 18:26, 15 June 2009 (EDT)

Alternity
Hey, I noticed you've been doing a great job on the Henkei fiction articles, and wondered if you would be interested in helping get the Alternity storypages up to snuff. We've got From Here to Alternity translated, but not much else. I'll have Megatron's pack-in fiction sometime next week when my BBTS shipment arrives, so I'm willing to provide scans if you need them. Ideally, we'd like a translation to stick in the /src part of the article like we did for From Here to Alternity, and I'd love your advice on how best to write up articles on such short snippets of fiction as we're getting here.--RosicrucianTalk 13:30, 4 July 2009 (EDT)
- I'll consider it. On the fiction articles themselves for From Here to Alternity and Arch-Nemesis!, the only thing I can suggest is just a simple summary with whatever notes/TF references present, kinda like how I wrote up for the Henkei pack-in comics. --Lonegamer78 14:49, 4 July 2009 (EDT)
Bit of a random question so many years later, but something I've been wondering for a while: in the Black Convoy "Arch-Nemesis!" comic, when he says he'd rather be called "Knight of Darkness," would you happen to know if this is the same phrasing Japan uses for "The Dark Knight" in Batman media? I'm just curious if it's a particularly distinct title for fanon purposes. -- Arborday (talk) 16:34, 8 August 2022 (EDT)
- From what I've poked around, Japan apparently does use the same 闇の騎士 yami no kishi when referring to Batman, but I wouldn't know if the Batman fandom there uses "the Dark Knight" at the same capacity as the English-speaking fans do. --Lonegamer78 (talk) 21:13, 18 August 2022 (EDT)
Chinese name
Hello. ;-D Actually, according to what I learned from the University, the spell of Chinese words differs from region. Taiwan uses Han-yue Pin-yin Romanization, which contains macrons and dash; while China uses Romanization Hanyü Pinyin, which doesn't include macrons and dash most time.
For example:
- 火車 (Train)
- Taiwan - Huǒ-chē
- China - Huoche
- 七 (Seven)
- Taiwan - Chi
- China - Qi
--TX55TALK 08:18, 24 August 2009 (EDT)
- Interesting. When I took Chinese during high school, we simply used Pinyin. I would like to leave the macrons and dashes in, if only for sake of posterity on pronunciation - heavens know how many ways it can be butchered. :) I grew up learning zhuyin, so it's a bit of a leap on me on using pinyin. --Lonegamer78 08:52, 24 August 2009 (EDT)
OOps, a BIG oops, I wrote the name opposite, it always confuse people, because Taipei City use Hanyue, while other areas remain using Romanization. Jesus, I even leave a wrong note in the edit summary. I feel so guilty...
Back to the topic, as far as I know, there are at least three kind of spelling for the Chinese (more precisely, Mandarin) pronunciation: Two for Romanization and one for Hanyü Pinyin (or simply Pinyin).
For example
- 至(ㄓˋ)
- Romanization (1) - Jr
- Romanization (2) - Chìh
- Hanyü Pinyin - Zhi
Honestly, the English spell for Mandarin is truly complicate, I still need to look up the spelling table to make sure the spell is right or not sometimes.
Actually, I'm amazed that there are people teach Jù-yīn/Zhuyin outside Taiwan ;-D, since it's mainly used in Taiwan. I've mentioned it to my several Chinese friends from South East Asian, Hong Kong, and China, nearly all of them did not know Jù-yīn/Zhuyin pronunciation. --TX55TALK 12:07, 24 August 2009 (EDT)
- Well, that's going to be fun. And in comes "clashing of what the editors learned due to different schools". :D I've gotten used to using pinyin, regardless Taiwanese or Mainland Chinese. Oy, I can't imagine when we get the Cantonese names... And I speak the language!
- Saturday morning lessons at a church, much to my annoyance as a kid on preferring the morning cartoons ("Godzilla: The Series" was airing at the time!). I rarely have the opportunity to use either zhuyin or pinyin, though. --Lonegamer78 14:59, 24 August 2009 (EDT)
- Regardless of the difficulties, I'm getting a kick out of reading the Chinese names and translations. --Jimsorenson 15:10, 24 August 2009 (EDT)
- Just take a look at G1 Optimus and G1 Megatron's Chinese names for a sample of "weird translations", Jim. When I found Megs' Cantonese name(well, the article was covering Movie Megs but still applies), I was all "WTF?!" --Lonegamer78 15:15, 24 August 2009 (EDT)
- Speaking of Cantonese name, though I can't speak Cantonese except for several common words learned from my friends or films, I know the English spelling for Cantonese is complicate, too. (At least I know there are two types of the English spelling.)
- As for the meaning of the Chinese name, Megs' Cantonese name isn't weird enough since it is a vocal translation. The real "weird names" are those such as Optimus Prime, Meg, or Ultra Magnus' Chinese name in China (most of the people can't understand how the name came from), which is so weird that even some fans in China say they rather use nicknames or fan-made Chinese names rather than the official names. --TX55TALK 04:25, 25 August 2009 (EDT)
- True, true, and nonetheless, they still get "WTF?" reactions from this speaker. :P And probably moreso with most Western fans. Fikes, which English spelling are we going to use on Cantonese, on that note. --Lonegamer78 07:29, 25 August 2009 (EDT)
- Huh. I was using Yale's when I put up Megatron and Bumblebee's Cantonese pronunciations. I might be doing some really minor editing here and there, if you don't mind; e.g., Dinobot's 堡 is pronounced "bou", as "pou" would've been something else. :3 --Lonegamer78 15:13, 25 August 2009 (EDT)
- Oh, of course not at all, and thanks for the notice. ;-D I remember when I was editing Dinobot's page, I look up the website mentioned above and find those two spelling, since I haven't watched the Cantonese dub of Beast Wars cartoon, so I don't know which is correct. --TX55TALK 22:12, 25 August 2009 (EDT)
My edits
Any particular reason you felt the need to revert the 2 captions I made? Potty Mouth Anon 00:28, 27 August 2009 (EDT)
- Until you've contributed substantially - and by substantially, we mean actually contributing information that no one else as had bothered to work on or found yet - THEN you can edit captions. You can't just sign up and start editing captions right off the bat. --Lonegamer78 02:14, 27 August 2009 (EDT)

Did this image come from that Nizzi interview with the newspaper? If so, you should know that just because a picture exists does not mean we have automatic use for it (especially without copyright info), particularly when it comes to media organizations. They might sue us :p I'll stick a fair use tag there. --FFN 04:40, 20 October 2009 (EDT)

Masterforce screencap template
I've created one at {{MFcap}}. At some point I'll have to dig out my DVDs so I can retag the whole mess of Masterforce caps which were affected by the Bookworm crash. Weeee! Not sure what to do with the BWII and Neo caps in that regard, as I don't have copies of those. --abates 19:04, 11 January 2010 (EST)
- Thanks! I can deal with the BWII and Neo caps, as I have the eps on hand (or the others that have their own copies) one of these days. If you ever get around to creating the templates for them, both were under TV Tokyo, NAS, and Production Reed; BWII was 1998-1999, and Neo was 1999. --Lonegamer78 20:08, 11 January 2010 (EST)
Mudflap (ROTF) Note
I realize the annotation about the ice cream truck accommodating "Human Alliance" human figures is being added by an Anon-ISP contributor, but unless it's outright false, I don't see a reason to delete it. (I don't have the toy myself, so I can't verify one way or the other.)--Apcog 15:09, 24 January 2010 (EST)

ROTF Game commercial
Would you happen to have saved the commercial that's listed on the ROTF commercial page as TV Commercial under ROTF: The Game? The video that's linked got deleted off YouTube and it doesn't seem to be anywhere else online. Since you've previously mentioned saving videos like this, I'm hoping you might have it? --Tigerpaw28 15:04, 29 January 2010 (EST)
- Sadly, no. I know I was able to see a YouTube video's page via Google cache. Obviously, can't play the video but at least I was able to see the stats and who uploaded the vid. I can't seem to check the cache for the commercial you're talking about, so I'm at a loss, sadly. --Lonegamer78 20:59, 29 January 2010 (EST)
- WOOT! I got it! I finally figured out how to add the video to my playlist so I could read the description. Much to my great joy, said description indicated the video could be found at gameads.gamepressure.com. The funny thing is, I could have had this much sooner had I thought to Google how to run Javascript from a web browser. I failed in getting it work earlier, and thought the structure of YouTube's commands was to blame. Thank you for trying to help me out earlier.
- In case it might be helpful to you, here's the command (and prefix for the browser to see it as Javascript) for adding a video to your playlist:
- Javascript:yt.www.watch.playlists.add('yr5UtgsUK9Y');
- This needs to be run when you're at the page for an active video. After you run the command, you still pick the playlist and click 'Add' as normal. And obviously you'll want to substitute in the video ID of the deleted video. The one drawback is that seeing who uploaded the video is only possible by going to the URL of the playlist (None of the views through your account will show that info for some reason). --Tigerpaw28 02:02, 5 February 2010 (EST)
- Durh... Step by step, please? I've never really worked with Java. ^^;; --Lonegamer78 04:04, 5 February 2010 (EST)
- Certainly.
- Step 1: Log into your account. (Probably didn't need to mentioned but just so we're clear about the pre-existing conditions)
- Step 2: Go to an active video. So for instance, you could go here.
- Step 3: In the address bar of your browser, type or copy and paste "Javascript:yt.www.watch.playlists.add('NRWOJWKYrLg');" minus the double quotes. The text inside the single quotes is the ID of the deleted video. The ID of a YouTube video is the sequence of characters following 'v=' but before an ampersand (if present) in a YouTube URL. So if the URL is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Crn_8VIxaOk&feature=PlayList then the video ID would be Crn_8VIxaOk. For the example in the double quotes I used the ID of a deleted Transformers commercial.
- Step 4: Look at the grey box area underneath the video where the 'Add to Favorites' and 'Add to Playlist' are found. You will see that a drop down box has appeared allowing you to choose one of your playlists to add the deleted video to, same as if the video wasn't deleted and you clicked 'Add to Playlist' while looking at the video. Note that nothing on the page will change other than the drop down box and 'Add' button appearing. Choose your playlist (or '[New Playlist]' if you don't already have one) and click the Add button.
- Step 5: The video is now in your playlist. To get the URL for your playlist, look at your playlist(s) through your account options (hover over your name in the upper right hand corner of a YouTube page and select the 'Playlist' option or go to www.youtube.com/my_playlists), click on the name of list you added to in the left hand column and click on 'Edit Playlist Info'. The 'Link' field is the URL for your playlist. Go to that URL and you can see the info for the deleted video.
- Is this a little clearer, I hope? Let me know if any of the terminology is unfamiliar or if I need to go into more detail on something. --Tigerpaw28 12:16, 5 February 2010 (EST)
- Finally got it! Yatta! --Lonegamer78 17:27, 5 February 2010 (EST)
- Durh... Step by step, please? I've never really worked with Java. ^^;; --Lonegamer78 04:04, 5 February 2010 (EST)

Henkei summaries?
Hey, just a little self-serving question... I finally got around to "reading" the first graphic novel of the Henkei manga today, and when I say reading, I mean "reading the summaries on the wiki while looking at the pictures". I was wondering if you were considering going back to writing up summaries for the second half of the series, since... heh, well, I just really want to see where it all goes now. :) - Chris McFeely 09:09, 9 February 2010 (EST)
- Aheh heh... Yes, I'll get back to writing up the summaries one of these days. This is what happens when I attempt multitasking... Baka! *headdesk* --Lonegamer78 15:15, 9 February 2010 (EST)

Landmarks from "TF EVO."
New York City's Flatiron Building with Ratchet, Prowl, and Bumblebee; Bulkhead, Arcee, and Ironhide going past London's Big Ben. Is Optimus in a desert within the US? Starscream and Bumblebee battling with the Eiffel Tower in the background; Prowl versus Lockdown in front of Tsūtenkaku; Lugnut firing missiles in front of the Moscow Kremlin (I think), while Bulkhead releases his wrecking ball from the Great Wall of China. Blitzwing releases missiles in jet-mode and then fires in tank-mode while going past the Great Pyramid of Giza, Ironhide blocking while in front of the Sydney Opera House. Arcee versus Blackarachnia I'm not sure, but the arches/columns on the right should mean a ruins of some sort. The Washington Monument seen before Ultra Magnus, Sentinel, Jazz, and Blurr gets blown away. City at the end that looks VAGUELY like NYC, but it's hard to make out the buildings (at about the 1:21 mark). --Lonegamer78 05:47, 3 April 2010 (EDT)
Comicinterior templates and Dreamwave
I purposely avoided using that template because, well, Dreamwave doesn't own any of it, especially not after they collapsed. --FFN 18:10, 4 April 2010 (EDT)

2007 Movie ads
Sigh. I wish I didn't have to ask you about more TF ads, but I don't seem to have them saved and their homes on the web are gone. The ads in question are the one referred to as TV Spot #9 on the 2007 Movie commercial page and the "Channel Red" commercials. Any chance you saved these? --Tigerpaw28 21:56, 4 April 2010 (EDT)
- I don't have the Channel Red commercials, sadly. I do have #8 but the size is rather small. I was sure that I had #9, but I can't seem to find it. And remember how you asked me about the trailer attached to Shrek 3? I don't think I have it. D: --Lonegamer78 03:38, 5 April 2010 (EDT)
- No big deal on the Channel Red clips, I might be able to get those from their creator. I actually managed to download #8 and can send/upload that if you like. On a related note, I found a way to download the "Army" spot from MySpace so I can pass it along as well if you want. I think I tried to get #9 and unknowingly grabbed the wrong video as I ended up with two copies of #12 for some reason. If it helps at all, the file name that the clips saved to was "NewTransformersTVSpot". What I have is in .AVI format but I think they were originally .FLV's. Could be another opportunity to get it from iklipz since the server is responding again after being down the past 3-4+ days. Though it's not returning any actual pages, it is returning XML parsing errors and blank pages. So we have that going for us. Which is nice. And I did recently look back at that discussion about the Shrek trailer. I got in touch with the guy who recorded that and he told me that he didn't think he had the recording anymore. So I guess we have to hope Paramount/Bay/powers that be decide to release it someday. :/ --Tigerpaw28 14:48, 5 April 2010 (EDT)
- I have the "Army" spot. The #8 spot I have is MP4 and small in resolution size (and the only reason I remembered was because I was looking for the trailer score at the same time). I'm getting timeouts on trying iklipz again. On the Shrek trailer, it's rare if they ever release those kinds of trailers. :V --Lonegamer78 15:44, 5 April 2010 (EDT)
- I think I've found another copy of #9 here, but I can't remember if the line "The year's biggest adventure...arrives." was part of the original spot. Can you confirm if that's the case? If so, removing the Comcast stuff should be easy enough and we'll have a new, if lower res, copy of the spot.
- Also, I've put together a rough first draft of a Japanese commercial page. Would you be able help me with putting together an intro for it? I think I have a decent start discussing the similarities to other mecha toy commercials, but I'm not sure where to go next with it. --Tigerpaw28 00:39, 11 April 2010 (EDT)
- I think this one is either another variation or my memory's failing me; it's lacking Glenn's "THAT KILLER ROBOT IS REALLY DISTRACTING!" at the end, just right after the narrator goes "Transformers". Still a good find. (Dagnabbit, iklipz, fix the server...)
- Tweaked a bit on the commercial page, but I'm not too knowledgeable on Japanese commercials. --Lonegamer78 03:07, 11 April 2010 (EDT)
- You're right about that movie spot. Bugger. Guess I'll have hope I get a response out of Moviebox.net or can find it on one my or my parent's tapes somewhere. Or maybe try asking around the message boards?
- Thank you very much for all the assistance with the commercial page. I like what you did with the intro. I'll probably add to it as I flesh out the video descriptions and get a better understanding of the spots but it's good for now. I went and downloaded every spot I could and came up with 4 videos that are no longer on YouTube:

- Yeah, bummer on not finding the one with Glen's line (the main reason I liked it was for the trailer music :3). Looks like I'll have to remove those 4 YT links from my list since they got yanked. Kinda wish I actually saved them earlier. *headdesk* --Lonegamer78 03:42, 18 April 2010 (EDT)
- Did Glen's line come at the very tail end of the ad, after the TF logo? I've finished going through all of the commercials listed on all the pages (my sandbox included) and downloaded everything that I didn't upload. That wasn't what I meant with my question though. I was asking if any of the commercials I added were the same ads as the ones that were taken down.--Tigerpaw28 23:28, 18 April 2010 (EDT)
- My bad. >///< On Glen's line, it comes right after the logo, but before the credits.
- As for whether the CMs you put up were the same CMs that got yanked earlier... I THINK the TV CM 1 is probably the same as the one where I mentioned June 19 and June 20 on my list. The rest, I'm not entirely sure, but it's possible.
- Found this interview with Shia. http://video.nifty.com/cs/catalog/video_metadata/catalog_090610207832_1.htm 'Cept I'm not sure how to even save it... --Lonegamer78 01:03, 19 April 2010 (EDT)
- Here's the URL of the video file. If you have an email I can send to or if it's okay to send via PM at the Allspark, I'll send you a list of my techniques for grabbing videos. I thought that was where Glen's line came in. I think I might insert it into the Comcast clip and call it good. Since that scene roughly takes up the time difference between the actual ad and the Comcast padding, I'd think it's a good bet that's the only difference. I won't worry about the lost Japanese spots then, since it seems likely that I've recovered them.--Tigerpaw28 02:18, 19 April 2010 (EDT)

- The latter two aren't actually commercials, but they were in your list so I thought you'd want to know.--Tigerpaw28 02:50, 18 April 2010 (EDT)
Override
I may not have an official source for the claims, but it is obvious that Override's voice actress changes throughout the series if you just listen to a variety of different episodes. In addition, the other voice actress who does her voice sounds exactly like Nicole Oliver. Just do a compariion of voices for Override on 2 different episodes (eg episode 6: Race, and episode 18: Champion). -- —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 99.225.156.168 (talk • contribs). 15:30, 2 May 2010 (EDT)
Special Secret Videos
I've found better copies of the Micron Legend ones (or at least the second one since the audio and video are in sync) here and here. Seems they're from VHS tapes that came with issues of TV Magazine. --Tigerpaw28 02:27, 7 May 2010 (EDT)
- Oh! I forgotten about those! I think I saved those two as well, but I need to dig through my HDs to check if they're better in quality or not. This is decent quality, even transcribed from VHS. :) --Lonegamer78 02:37, 7 May 2010 (EDT)
- While we're talking about these, I was just going through the UT section of my sandbox and a question occurred to me. Should these promo videos be included on the commercial page? In a way they don't seem to fit the traditional idea of a commercial, but they are promotional videos and we do have such things as video game trailers and the The Transformers: The Movie promo listed. Not sure if we should consider these extended trailers or something else. --Tigerpaw28 00:18, 8 May 2010 (EDT)
- I say toss 'em in for posterity, cuz like you said, we also have video game trailers and TF:TM promo. In the blurb at the top, I included a short bit how Japan also sometimes release promotional vids that acts as supplemental material to a series. GF itself had about three extra vids that promoted the anime and the toys. Besides, it's a nice treat for the Western fans. :) --Lonegamer78 01:16, 8 May 2010 (EDT)
- I took your suggestion to add them in and it's a good thing I did. I not only found FantoFan's page with the original video upload for the GF demo, I also found their news post about it. Turns out you were half right about the audio. It did originally have a different audio track when it aired at the Tokyo Entertainment Market (F2F uploaded a very brief vid of it), but they changed it to Lion's theme for the DVD release. That DVD and another one is pictured on the upload page. Would you be so kind as to translate the titles?--Tigerpaw28 18:38, 9 May 2010 (EDT)
- The title to the GF demo is "New Show: Transformers Galaxy Force Special Clip". The title on the disc for the demo is "Special Secret DVD - Great Strongest Commanders Gathering!!" TV-Nihon has already subbed the second DVD, "Special Secret DVD - Stand up! Supreme Commander Galaxy Convoy". If you head to their forums and scroll down, you'll see "Transformers DDL". The Galaxy Force Special Secret DVD clips are in the GF thread. --Lonegamer78 19:16, 9 May 2010 (EDT)

Japanese Animated DVD Trailer
I found a trailer for the Japanese Animated DVD vol. 1 release: [1]. I added a short entry to my sandbox but I figure with the abundance of on-screen text that you might be able to flesh it out some. Tigerpaw28 16:38, 29 June 2010 (EDT)
- It's from Paramount Japan's page on promoting Animated's DVDs, although it also seems to be found on Nico Nico. --Lonegamer78 02:30, 2 July 2010 (EDT)
Almanac Japanese
Hey, lonegamer. Could you go into detail about why the Japanese on the back of the cover is incorrect? Because the two lines of Japanese text are pretty much gibberish to the uninitiated, and that obscures the differences. Thanks! —Interrobang 13:48, 1 July 2010 (EDT)

That Energon comic by Tsushima
I remember some while back on the AllSpark you posted an image of an Energon/Superlink comic by Naoto Tsushima. I think it came in a model kit or something like that? Do you have any more info on that, even if it's just a title, we could add it to the Manga article listings for completion's sake (there are a few manga we don't have much info on, like whatever that Tondemo thing is and the Mystery of Convoy one just links to the game). --DrSpengler 18:20, 30 August 2010 (EDT)
- "Convoy versus Scourge" of said modelkit during SL's run. (Ack! I need to finish up Henkei's summaries!) --Lonegamer78 23:45, 30 August 2010 (EDT)
- Thanks! Is it spelled just like that? "Convoy versus Scourge"? Or is that a translation ("Konboi tai Sukaaji")? Just wanna know before I add the title to the Manga and Tsushima articles! --DrSpengler 23:53, 30 August 2010 (EDT)

Beast Wars Reborn title?
I may be misremebering, but didn't you say some while back that Hydra gave you the titles to the last two chapters of the Beast Wars Reborn text stories (the ones he hadn't translated yet)? If so, could you add them to the main franchise page, or if it isn't too much, just build some stubs so we can include the Japanese and roomaji? Or, if you're busy, you can throw em my way and I'll toss em up. That's if I'm not misremembering, of course! --DrSpengler 15:50, 11 October 2010 (EDT)
- It was the Henkei Visualize stuff that I sent to him - Hydra didn't send me anything. I only have a spreadsheet of Figure Oh's issue numbers and release dates. --Lonegamer78 16:03, 11 October 2010 (EDT)
- Ah, misremembered, then. For some reason, I thought I recalled you askinghim for the titles somewhere in the TFPulp thread at the Allspark. --DrSpengler 18:51, 11 October 2010 (EDT)
- That was me. 惑星上陸 (Wakusei Jōriku, "Planetfall") and 驚異のリフォーマット (Kyōi no Reformat, "Wonderful/Miraculous Reformat"). —Interrobang 19:03, 11 October 2010 (EDT)

Takagi Interview
Unfortunately, the Trivia section note about Takagi's ingrained reaction to Starscream's name doesn't cite the source of the interview in which he said it. It says the interview was published about the time the show started airing in Japan, but doesn't even specify in which media (print, TV, radio, online). My Google-fu fails me in both Japanese and English so far. I've left a question about it on the Talk page for the article, but I'm not sure if I'll get a response.--Apcog 01:22, 23 October 2010 (EDT)
- That's a bummer. Thanks. --Lonegamer78 01:26, 23 October 2010 (EDT)
- Minor progress! User アッー!, also known as ウィキペディアッー!, says it was possibly either Figure-Ō or Hyper Hobby, but definitely a June issue in any case. Of course, this doesn't guarantee finding an answer, or even that the user's info is correct, but it's a lead.--Apcog 21:27, 24 October 2010 (EDT)
- Hm. I'll have to dig through my Figure Oh collection to check, but if it's in Hyper Hobby, then I'm probably outta luck. --Lonegamer78 21:36, 24 October 2010 (EDT)
- I think this is it? Hyper Hobby June 2010, at the bottom. --Lonegamer78 21:58, 24 October 2010 (EDT)
- Ooh, bravo! I was looking for references to a Takagi interview in either magazine and found none. I didn't think to look up scans of the articles for a full-cast interview. (Not that I'd have necessarily known where to look anyway.) How'd you track it down? Anyway, the citation's going into the Japanese wiki article...--Apcog 23:00, 24 October 2010 (EDT)
- Takahashi, not Takagi. ;) As to how I found it, I checked through the Allspark's JP magazine scan gallery (we didn't have it) and then TF @ the Moon's gallery for issues starting from April 2010 (they did). --Lonegamer78 23:21, 24 October 2010 (EDT)
- D'oh, I don't know why I keep typing that. I've corrected myself before saving in other instances. At least I know I typed the correct Japanese characters for my web search.
- Anyway, that's another resource I guess I should note.--Apcog 23:25, 24 October 2010 (EDT)

Manga scans
Hey, Lonegamer. I'm making an archive for all Japanese printed Transformers media and I was wondering if you still had the Henkei and Galaxy Force manga scans still laying around? Thanks in advance! Saix (talk) 23:00, 10 October 2020 (EDT)
- If you've got the raws for The Cool as well, that would be much appreciated! -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 20:27, 13 October 2020 (EDT)
- I definitely still have the raws for Henkei (both the pack-ins and the actual manga) and The Cool, but I need to check about Galaxy Force since it's been so long. --Lonegamer78 (talk) 06:42, 16 October 2020 (EDT)
- Cool! Can you send it over when you've got the time? Saix (talk) 09:20, 16 October 2020 (EDT)
- The original raws are pretty huge, 30-40 Mb per page, so I don't know what's the minimum the archive can handle, or if you have a photoshop program to shrink their size. Have an email I could use? --Lonegamer78 (talk) 16:00, 16 October 2020 (EDT)
