Tsuyoshi Nonaka

Tsuyoshi Nonaka (野中剛 Nonaka Tsuyoshi) is a mecha designer and artist born January 26, 1966 in Japan. His Transformers work for TV Magazine as part of Studio OX was done while he was still studying at Tokyo Designer Gakuin College. Since then he has shot to fame designing mecha for such shows as Super Sentai (which became Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers in the West), D.I.C.E., Kamen Rider and Metal Hero. He has also had a long career working at toy company Bandai as a toy designer, and between 2011 and 2014 he headed their US based PLEX International Design division. He has since returned to Japan to work as an independent designer.
