Mitsuko Horie (堀江 美都子; Horie Mitsuko b. March 8, 1957) is a Japanese singer and voice actress who is famous for her work as Sailor Galaxia from the final season of Sailor Moon, Polaris Hilda from Saint Seiya, Upa from Dragon Ball and Obotchaman from Dr. Slump & Arale Chan.

With Transformers, she provided vocals for the song "Halleluyah" from Beast Wars Metals.
